All the world wars from ancient times are made because of energy. Until 20th Century humans can supply their energy needs from fossil fuels. But with the growth in population and the improvement on the technology energy demand of the humanity is increased sharply. Also, after climate change shows itself to the nature another concern pops up called the carbon emission effect. Because all the fossil fuels have a huge amounts of carbon emissions, and it is obvious that this feature is so dangerous for the environment. In here for the supply electricity demand and decrease the carbon emission it is clear that the options are rare. Instead of fossil fuels, we have only Solar Energy, Wind Energy, Hydroelectric Energy and Nuclear Energy. So, in this point, we are starting to understand the significance of Nuclear Energy. The issues that we have done are decrease the carbon emission to a certain level because we know that even for the renewable sources there are certain levels of carbon emission and the increase the energy production till the point that we can supply the demand. For the second issue, of course, we must think about the cost of the energy production type that we are going to use. Since this topic is so important and, in the future, it will determine the faith of humanity we have to choose the right energy source and we have to be in brain perspective rather than the emotional perspective. To be able to choose the right source wisely we need to deal with numbers. As it is mentioned above let start the examining with the energy supply rate of those energy sources. For example, when we consider the current electric generation %23.2 of the total energy generation of the world are done by Nuclear Power Plants. And when we consider the death rate with respect to the generated electricity it is the safest source in the world. And if the other issue that called carbon gas emission it is easily understood from the graph below the Nuclear Energy is one of the cleanest energy sources. And it is obvious that most of the developed and developing country are so willing to use this energy source because of its potential energy generation value and the environmentally friendly features that is mentioned above. Also, the other importance is most of the country are dependent the countries that have fossil fuels. And the energy independency is the on of the most significant issue for the countries. For example since the most of the countries are using natural gas while producing the electricity and the Russia has the majority of the Natural Gas reserves all the nations are suffering because of the Russia – Ukraine War. Since most of the country is dependent on Natural Gas Russia is using this feature as an advantage. So when all the issues and problems are taken into consideration Nuclear Power Plants and the energy that comes from there are so important for the world.
