At school - Polite, friendly, quieter

At work - A lot more polite, friendly, work-minded

a student and scholar during classes and study sessions

A creator of art when I draw and write

A reader when I engage in books and fiction

A friend and confidant with friends and in social situations

All of these things make me me, just how I'm seen is changed. These are always there and always a part of me.

I am critical when exposed to information that i have knowledge of already

I am myself but my traits of personality can shift depending on the setting. When i am home i can be funny and open and in school i am aware and serious

When with people I am not close with, I tend to have a bit more reserved persona.

However, I do to some extent feel very inauthentic in my relation to my parents and occasionally my friends.

That it is ever evolving is what makes the experience of self so rich.

At school and at work I am a more presentable, friendly and welcoming version of myself. I try to be a funnier and well-liked version of myself to give a good impression, while I simultaneously attempt to be viewed as relaxed and confident.

Certain emotional patterns remain the same, they are repetitive. This is a fixed aspect of mine.

Things I can change are my behaviours, habits and skills. There is not always a “just how I am” in this sense. And I’m not always sure which parts are fixed and which are not. Sometimes I only find out in hindsight

I feel my way around my World and environment.

I am a Sister to my younger brothers. A daughter to my parents, a Granddaughter to my grandparents, a friend to my friends, I am a student to my lecturers and teachers.

I am some form of energy having a physical experience to the world around me. I am a collection of experiences, ideas, memories ect.

Also my image also changed from different view from different people, everyone standing on different point contruct their own views of seeing mine

I see myself as someone who is both stable and adaptable. I’m sensitive, reflective and observant at my core, and these traits stay the same wherever I am. However, I show different sides of myself depending on the context. With my partner and loved ones, I’m more open and emotionally expressive. At work or university, I’m more reserved and focused. With people I don’t know well, I tend to be a bit reserved. I’m always myself, but show different parts of me depending on how safe I feel.

Aspects that feel fixed:

My empathy, sensitivity, creativity and need for depth. I care a lot about authenticity, meaning and emotional honesty.

Aspects that can be developed or changed:

I’m still learning to communicate myself more clearly and not withdraw when I feel misunderstood. I’m working on trusting others more, setting boundaries and expressing my needs more openly and confidently, as well as trying to stay connected to myself on certain settings. I’m someone who is constantly growing and integrating different sides of who I am.
