I'm really proud of one of the consultants on my Newsletter project. He got off to a rocky start with a tricky client, but he really leaned into the work despite the adversity and after a lot of coaching he has really turned it around and our client has totally shifted his attitude.

What truly energized me in FY25 was witnessing the transformation of our team—seeing individuals grow, step up, and come together with a shared purpose. Despite the inevitable challenges and changes, we didn’t just adapt—we evolved. Every new person who joined brought fresh energy, and every adjustment we made became an opportunity to strengthen our foundation.

I was especially inspired by the resilience and commitment of the team. The way we supported each other, stayed focused on our goals, and never lost sight of excellence was incredibly motivating. It reminded me that success isn’t just about numbers—it’s about people, collaboration, and the belief that we’re building something meaningful together.

FY25 was a year of building trust, testing our limits, and proving that we can thrive through change. That spirit of unity and determination is what fueled me every day—and it’s what makes me excited for what’s ahead in FY26.
