How do we dismantle school-to-prison-pipeline:
-Get them cops out school 
-relocate money to resources that students of color need
-We want teacher to reflect the student population
-Sports need to be accessible 
-Programs and events that cultivate equity and inclusion= community
- our history in the curriculum
-bilingual schools

I definitely think systemic racism feeds into settler colonialism especially when it comes to POC being expected to adhere to western norms in order to be treated with basic dignity.
Cultural appropriation, white people taking from the culture and practices of poc only when it’s convenient for them
