Handmade Coasters:

Recycled and Unique

We made 25 unique and original coasters. They come in different shapes and are decorated with bright colors like orange and black. Some of them even have special designs, like snowmen, which make them perfect for the holiday season or as a fun and practical gift.

We decided to make this product because we wanted to create something that was sustainable

and useful, while also showing our commitment to the environment. Everyone in the group

agreed that coasters were a great idea because they’re not only useful, but they also help the

planet by reusing materials that would have been thrown away.

Our coasters are sustainable because we made them by hand using materials that were no

longer being used. This helped us reduce waste and give these materials a second life. Plus,

since they’re handmade, each one has its own unique touch, which is something you don’t get

from mass-produced items.

For making the coasters, we mostly used recycled cardboard, which is strong and easy to work

with. We also used fabric from old sweatshirts that the group members weren’t using anymore.

These fabrics helped us add color, texture, and cool designs to the coasters, making them both

pretty and useful.

Each coaster costs €1.50, which is affordable, while also valuing the effort, creativity, and

recycled materials we used to make them. We think this price is fair for both the buyer and for

us, because it reflects the hard work and our commitment to being sustainable.
