I create the folders as the student registers. Once I check Thesis and know who will be assigned to my class, my next step is to create the student folder. This will help organize all  stakeholder correspondences and make it easier to locate correspondences when needed by me or the Administration. If the Email is important enough to be housed in Thesis, I convert the Email to a PDF and upload it as a note so QAS and Administration will have easy access to the information.
