Regulate your breathing (circular breathing to regulate adrenaline)</p><p><strong>Word replacements </strong>- for sighs and physical eye rolling - "That's interesting". Ask a clarifying question</p><p><strong>Thought replacement</strong> - Help your brain to move from Judgement to curiosity i.e instead of that's wrong/right - I wonder what I need to ask or provide to support change that's required here?</p><p><br></p>]]></description>
