U.S. negotiations with Russia led to the signing of a New START (Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty). This image of President Obama should be included in the archive, because this is a significant moment in his presidential career. Obama and the first family took a trip to Cuba in 2016, making him the first president to visit Cuba in 90 years. Obama and Castro meeting with each other and normalizing the relations between the two nations was an "end to the Cold War" in many people's eyes. This should go in the archive, because Obama did something that no one has done in almost 90 years  by simply going to visit Cuba.
