My current workplace is concerned with compensating employees fairly, and helping them grow their skills and capabilities. They encourage a team atmosphere. I have opportunity to further my education at a reduced tuition rate at the college (my employer). It is a fun, organized, quiet, welcoming, work space. I enjoy the people I work with.
2.  I am able to apply for other employment contracts within the organization and grow my overall knowledge of our services in varying roles. I am able to grow my knowledge and skills through further education at the college, available webinars, free online training for staff, etc. There will be room for growth as I increase my skills/knowledge and full time positions become available.
