We are saying to care less because what makes you beautiful is your inside and not your body image. You’re beautiful the way you are.
Like we said, it’s hard to be on the pattern, the society impose characteristics that are kinda impossible to achieve.
You can’t stop eating, that’s not healthy and it can affect you body health and psychological health. You can develope anorexia, bulimia, depression, anxiety, and it’s hard to recover from that issues.
Eat whatever you want, just be careful and try to love yourself.
We believe in you, we are here to support you, don’t listen to those comments about your image.
You’re pretty the way you are, losing or gaining weight it’s totally normal, our body are constantly changing trough the time.
You don’t need to be skinny, or have blue eyes or dress like everybody. Just use your creativity and build your personality the way you like, you don’t need to be like everyone else.
