The 57 Bus from what I have read so far is about a person named Sasha who was born as a male but identifies as agender which is neither male or female. Sasha likes to be referred as to as it not boy or girl. One day on her regular bus ride home a boy named Richard and Sasha meet on the bus. He’s in the front with couple of guys and Sasha is in the back sleeping, he goes up to Sasha and starts playing with a lighter at the head of Sasha’s skirt not knowing in a few seconds Sasha will go up in flames and be taken to the hospital with second and third degree burns and the police will come to his school and arrest him and charge him as an adult for lighting Sasha on fire.
