We practise the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the UN, but we put special emphasis on the following rights
1.- Freedom of opinion and expression: This is because we are a country that lives with the cultural export, so we cannot censour the art made for our citizens.
2.- Right to social security: The standard of living on the Kingdom of the Fragile Tranquility is very high, since we live thanks to the investigation and the culture that is made on our country, we have to give the best opportunities to everyone to develop on the intellectual side.
3.- Right to rest and leisure: When the people has time for themselves, they consume cultural things like movies, books and movies made on our country. Also, they can travel and be happier, and that's one of our goals.
4.- Right to education: We cannot create cultural exponents and scientists if we don't give a great educacion. The best in Europe.
5.- Right to participate in the cultural life: We export cultural exponents to the world, they have to inspire each other to make great art.
6.- Protection of the Author's rights: Many people who do not want to be a scientist or artist, they become specialist lawyers hired for the Kingdom to chase the violations of author's rights. We all live for that.
5.- Building Community
We have two principal events to create community in our country
-National Holidays: (January 8th to 10th) On those days, in 1963 our country declared independency. So, we make a lot of festivals, speechs and parties. This is made for the most famous people from our country. So we open the frontiers for the whole world to come in and join (except for the ones from New Victoria's Republic because of war). You can see many ministers on the principal stage in our capital, Anhedonia. But others go to smaller cities all across the country. For example, Victoria Legrand, loves to play with her band on the frontier city Wahlheim, because it's closer to France, so her family goes to see her. The celebrations end with an interpretion of And You and I (by Yes, one of the first bands on the Kingdom of the Fragile Tranquility) played for the Prime Minister and helped with the rest of the gabinet and parliament.
-Celebrations to the king: (October 23th to 24th) These days have similar characteristics with our National Holidays. We essencially do the same. But, in these days the ones who expose their culture and investigations are the ones who are not famous and the young ones. As you can know for the name, it is made to celebrate the long life of our king, Charly García, on his birthday. The celebration ends with the Minister of Defence, Björk, singing Seminare, accompanied by our Highness on keyboards. While there's a parade with our soldiers and the most important people from the country.
6.- Culture and traditions
Flag: We have several changes of flag and national icons, because we don't want to be the same always. Our national representations evolves as the country evolves. So, the flag for this year is made by Frank Stella, minimalist artist who combine the Depression Cherry (by Beach House) album cover, with the Blackstar (by David Bowie) album cover. Representing with the red colour, the passion that inspires our creations and investigations; and with the Blackstar that recall us our mortal condition.
National Animal: The national animal is the parrot, since we identify ourselves with it, because everyone in this country can't be silent
National Sport: Croquet, the most important people from the kingdom have the opportunity to play croquet using human heads with the king every year, just like the Nursery Cryme album cover.
Relevant landmarks: In our three principal cities, Anhedonia (capital), Wahlheim and Canterville, have really beautiful architecture, because of the cultural mixing characteristic of our country. The principal landmark is the Jardín de los Presentes on Anhedonia, it's a really big place where we make the principal events. The most important buildings are the Templo del Pop (Anhedonia), Exogenesis Laboratories (Wahlheim) and Main Street (Canterville). But you also can see the precious Mountain Chain of Canterville, in fact, the Kid A album cover is a picture of there.
Festivities: We don't have a lot of festivities, we make the National Holidays and the Celebrations to the king with official acts, but our people make another celebrities too.
Psychocandy (October 31th): It's truly similar to Halloween, but we make some differences, for example, we do not dress like dead people or characters, we try to be someone else on the community. Yes, this mean in Psychocandy someone can be you.
Winter Confessions: It's like our Valentine's Day. When the scientists say the winter has arrived, you have to tell something to the people you would like to pass the winter with. This wasn't created with romantic intentions but everybody use it that way.
Purple Rain: It's a meteorological event that can not be predicted (in fact it can be but it's a state secret). When it happens, you have to laugh and go to bath to the closer river or lake.
Food: Our principal foods are the Vermicelli with tomato sauce and pesto; choripanes; completos; salmon brochette. Also, we like some combinations that the most countries doesn't, for example, paprika with brown sugar on the confectionery.

Gold Rush

Traditions:
Gimjang refers to the ancient practice of preparing winter kimchi. Since very few vegetables grow in the winter months, gimjang is made early in the season and provides what has become a staple for titans.

National Animal: In our kingdom we have many animals that make us unique but without a doubt our national animal is the blue penguin.

National Sport: our national sport is cricket and Quidditch both sports acquired by the influence of the United Kingdom that became part of our heritage adapting them to our country.

Important places: Flourish, our capital and one of our most important cities. Fortescue, one of the closest villages to the capital located closest to the mountains. Malkin fishing town, located on the coast. Grimmauld, green city called by the amount of forests located in its surroundings. There are also small villages that are treasures of our kingdom many of those that remain are part of the original kingdom of Hogsland, some like Hangleton, Hogsmeade, Honeydukes, Nurmengard and many others.
