         <description><![CDATA[<div>I personally agree with this diet. This is because it involves little to no physical activity, so this could be done all at home. Also it doesnt seem too harsh or restricted. With this, their will be a decreaed risk of obtaining harmful diseases such as heart disease or cancer. Last but not least, this diet can allow me to lose a lot of weight.</div>]]></description>
