In the future, if I transition to a school outside of Korea, I will make sure to ask for IEP plans for students. I will make personalized learning goals and materials for students and give feedback based on the student's progress. I love the idea of helping students form teams and work on social skills while learning. I will build centers in my classroom to give students different ways to learn and access different types of stimulation during classes. I'll provide fidget toys and alternative seating arrangements for students who need them. I'll also make sure to find tools that can help students cope with aspects of class that are difficult with them, whether that's helping them with breathing exercises to help manage emotions or providing them with headphones to get a more quiet environment.
