         <description><![CDATA[<div>Elements such as long verandas and multiple sliding panels offered constant vistas of nature. The sliding doors and panels separated different parts of the household. Due to the sliding doors, lightweight families could change the configuration of their homes for different occasions. Older Japanese houses tend to have a raised veranda around the outside of the house. </div><div><br></div>]]></description>
