Ingredients:

•500 g of minced beef; •1 small onion; •1 fresh green chili; •2 cloves of garlic; •1 tablespoon ground cumin; •1/2 teaspoon of dried chili; •1 tablespoon of oregano; •Olive oil; •The juice of 1/2 lime; •Salt; •Cilantro; •8-10 corn tortillas.

How to make beef tacos:

Prepare the filling

Chop the onion, fresh chili, coriander and garlic separately and set aside.

Heat 2 or 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry with the oregano, cumin and dried chili, about two minutes until it begins to release aroma.

Add the garlic and chili and fry for 2 or 3 more minutes.

Add the meat, salt and stir, and cook until the meat is done, about 10 minutes.

Turn off the heat, add the chopped coriander and lime juice and stir.

3. Write down the rules regarding the use of countable and uncountable nouns?

1. Countable nouns can be divided into singular and plural.

Uncountable nouns cannot. 

With countable nouns we ask how many and use words such as a lot, many and a few.

With uncountable nouns, we use how much and words such as a lot, much and a Little.

2. For example: 

Countable: beds, cars, elephants,

Uncountable: art, danger,

Fish is countable and uncountable.

Countable: I see three fish.

Uncountable: I eat lots of fish

3. To make an uncountable noun countable we need to use a container. This is an expression commonly using a and of. For example, a piece of cake or a cup of coffee.

Secondly, some nouns, such as fruit and fish have an irregular plural 

-fruits and fishes

We use these when we are referring to a number of different types of thing from the same category. For example, the shop sells three fruits -apples, bananas and oranges!

English has some irregular nouns which you need be careful of! Some nouns, such as species, fish and sheep are the same whether they are singular or plural.

Some nouns, such as news and mathematics, always take a singular verb.

Some nouns, such as staff and police, are collective, and so are always plural.

And finally, there are some collective nouns such as team, government and family, which can be either singular or plural depending on whether you mean a single unit –it- or a group of individuals –they.

Use will/won´t or going to
For example:

n the case of first conditional sentences (using IF) we usually use WILL / WON´T.

Use going to.
Intention is when you want to do something, but you haven´t yet taken action.
For example:
This year, I´m going to... lose weight/quit smoking/get out of debt/join a gym.
3. Plans/Arrangements:
When you hace already taken some action to make the plan a reality in the future. 
There are 3 possible tenses to use:

   -Going to

   -Present continuous 

   -Future continuous

For example:
You can said "we´re going to visit him next week"
"We´re visiting him next week"
"We´ll be visiting him nex week"
4. For Decisions In The Moment, Promises, And Offers:
Use Will.
An example of a decision in the moment is ordering in a restaurant:
"I´ll have the chicken salad."
Use will for promising:
"I´ll call you at 5:00"
Use will for offering:
"I´ll help you with the homework. 
5. For Scheduled Events:
Use the present simple.
Scheduled Events are things like:
Transportation schedules (flights, trains, etc.)
Our flight leaves at 8:00.

Things that operate on a regular schedule (bank or store opening / closing)
The supermarket closes in 15 minutes.
6. For Actions That Will Be Completed Before A Specific Time In The Future:
Use the future perfect. 
Here’s an example:

So I can say: “By 5:00 PM, I will have finished the project.”
Or: “By the time I leave work, I will have finished the project.”
The future perfect is typically used with by and by the time.
