         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is a mix of 3 type of pasta : Strascinati,Orecchiette and Fusilli. It is a very historic food in Bailicata. Trittico Lucano is a recipe that It has been passed down from many generations .<br>The ingredients are very simple but the procedure is so difficult beacause you have to work hard with the hands !<br>You have to take this :<br>-flour of durum wheat<br>-  water and salt ...  only this!!  <br>You can usually put with this pasta the tomatoes sauce.<br>Sometimes there's the festival of the "TRITTICO LUCANO " for example at Sant'Angelo Le Fratte.<br>Now I have to say "ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!" or BUON APPETITO !<br>                                                                                                                        </div>]]></description>
