Leaders: I feel during ASAIC I tried my best to do my work as a captain for the teams and Ace in the team.

Explorers: I always love to explore something new. For example, during WWW none of my friend wants to try a small treats at the rest area, but I just go and try it, because I thought I would never try this if it’s not now.

Collaborators : This year, even though I joined in the middle of the year, I did a lot of projects with lots of students. In every project, I tried my best to collaborate and work together. I understood others’ opinion and I did appropriate job in my role.

Empathetic : As I try to understand other students, I respected them and treated them equally. I tried hard to be sensitive to others’ mind and feelings. Also, during STEAM, I made a positive effect to the local school and worked hard to make their learning comfortable.

Resilient: I was assigned to a committee with solely high school students during CHEMUN XVIII. Since they were so skilled at debating, I was truly embarrassed, but I strongly advise myself to try my hardest and take advice from them rather than being scared.

Collaborators: In ASIAC volleyball, we communicate and encourage one another on and off the court as a team and as a school. In an effort to keep the team spirit high, I tried to think optimistically. Also we persevered and won first place in spite of suffering multiple losses.

There are two traits that I feel that Maddy has embodied very well. Being empathetic and being a collaborator

Empathetic : I meet Maddy on the first day at school. Ever since then I feel that I can open up to her and she would understand. I feel that Maddy was trying to put herself in my shoes, showing that she is very empathic and a great listener.

Collaborator : Maddy is a great listener she is also a great contributor. That’s why I feel that Maddy is a terrific collaborator. Not only me but I think the whole advisory is lucky to have a such an awesome collaborator.

Collaborators: During ASAIC I work with my teammates and work together to create meaningful relationships and memories.

Empathetic: When people are having problems or feeling down I try to help them and make them feel better about whatever is happening

Leaders: During group activities and sports, I help organize people and work as efficiently as possible. I just feel like its my responsibility to step in and be a leader.

Innovators: During STEAM, I had to think. A LOT. But the best way to approach the problem is by identifying it. I think differently and it helps a lot.

Something I appreciate about Kevin is that he supports me in advisory by helping me have a good laugh while feeling Down.

Innovators: During STEAM there was a lot of thinking involved. And a lot of challenges that I had to overcome to get my final project

Something I appreciate about Yohann is that he supports me when I am stuck in class and other academic classes

Explorers: This year, I feel like I am more curious and broadening my mind to think about more questions.

Collaborator: This year, I became a very good collaborator from the group activities in Social Studies, and more. For instance, In the Social Studies project, I feel like I started to share my thoughts more often.

Collaborators: For asiac, www and Mun, I got a chance to travel to a different place with many classmates. We had to collaborate together to achieve good things.

Versatile: There were a lot of changes in middle school such as friends, teachers and policy. But I have adapted to it.

Explorer: I was an explorer because I explored more academic and athletic option like ASIAC, SAISA, and MUN that I didn’t try out last year.

Resilient: I was assigned to EC1 in MSCHEMUN and I was a main submitter for the resolution that was one of the 2 out of 4 resolutions that passed, and I was resilient in that because we were forced to change topic that none of me or my co-submitters knew anything about.

Reflective: In ASIAC, I make mistake in practice. However I think about and improve. Then I overcome this.

Thinkers -this year, I think about my English skill. And I think what can I do to make my English skill. And I learn English in house every day. And I make my goal. I want to take Eiken Grade 2. Eiken is test in Japan. If I take grade2, I can go to good high school.

Something I appreciate about babeena is that she is kind supportive and nice and makes everyone feel happy and good about themselves

Collaborators: I felt that every class was often active in a group and that we all worked together to achieve cooperate and collaborate the project as a good way.

Thinkers: There were lots of time that I think about difficult things that was hard but I thought it was a good opportunity to think about how to solve it.

This year, I had a lot of mistakes in this year. So I need to reflect a lot of things. I wanna improve before I reach grade 8.

I took on many challenges at ASIAC and other events. I made sure to get up early every day and attend practice regularly. So I think I could a lot of challenge in this year. I will make new challenge for next year.

Thinkers: during VFL, we went to an aquarium in ECR, and we had to think about “Is aquariums ethical?

Explorers: During WWW, I discovered new place such as Yercaud in India, I also try new game such as the boating stuff, but we need to use our feet to move it.

Collaborators: During MUN conferences, I was able to show collaboration since during lobbying process, I worked with other delegates to combine and discuss our resolutions. I feel like it was challenging to adjust and accept everyone’s opinions, but we were able to successfully create a combined resolution:

Resilient: During ASIAC music, I faced challenges with singing with others. There were some parts where we had different parts, so it was quite challenging to sing my parts. But, I did not give up and practice to sing the right part.

Collaborators: During WWW I had to use collaboration for many activities. For example, during the master chef activity i had to communicate with my teammates a lot.

Versatile: going into TASMUN, I didn’t know a lot about MUN conferences. So I had to adapt and learn about the process of a conference in order to succeed. This demonstrates i am versatile.

Collaborators:Throughout the school year, I learned to collaborate with different people and managed getting involved during work. I also got more closer with my friends during activities such as ASIAC, MUN and WWW.

Versatile: I managed to adapt with the different things that the school did. For example, away for the day changed my school life a lot-using iPads, no phones and more. I adapted quite fast and learned to use the iPad fluently in a short time.

I think that over this year I got better at working with people that aren’t my friends and try to get to know them while working together. For example I think I demonstrated it during ASBMUN when I was working with a bloc that was two people from ASB that I didn’t know but still tried to work with them as best as I could.

Explorers: During Week Without Walls I think that I exhibited curiosity and willingness to try new things. I also think that I showed this with ASIAC soccer and volleyball because this year was the first time I’ve ever really competitively played those two sports.

Empathic: I think I have shown that I am empathetic in many ways, such as comforting my friends and trying my best to understand people’s feelings.

Collaborators - This year, I did a lot of activities with many students. Whenever I did various activities with my friends, I always cooperated and helped each others. And then I also worked together and collaborated with my groups in MUN.

Explores - I have done many different activities this year. I have experienced many activities such as MUN and www. I explored many activities and collaborated and cooperated with my friends.

I say this because whenever we had partners I made sure that I was actively engaged with them and that if any problem arises that we will try and push through.

Collaboration: During this school year, I’ve showed collaboration between different people including during ASIAC, MUN, school project and more. For example, ASIAC volleyball was my first time playing sports where we collaborate with others, and by collaborating and supporting each other, we were able to successfully end ASIAC : ) Not only I collaborated with middle schoolers, during CHEMUN, I’ve collaborated with different people I don’t know such as people from other school, and also high school, which shows my collaboration with others.

Explorers - I was exploring various activities inside AISC. I was having different friends and exploring activities like ASIAC. While doing ASIAC volleyball, I was having to explore different ways of being a team. This also made the to be a collaborator also. Furthermore, during CHEMUN XVIII, I explored different cultures and solution to the world problem. While I was participating in UN4MUN, I find different solution with my group to make a sustainable future. This connects to being an explorer, and even being a better person.

Collaborator - As stated, I had participated in ASIAC volleyball, and this lead me to be more collaborative with different people. After doing this I had made friends from different schools and learned how to keep on doing without giving up. And also in CHEMUN, I had collaborated with ASB, and other international students in other community. And inside our group we had different nations. Also, in ASBMUN I made the groups to be more diverse.

Resilient: When I discover, that I wasn’t strong in a subject. I would not stop to discover on this subject but I will try to understand to be able to have better grades!

Resilient:This year,I joined at the end of the year,because I had to move from Romania to Chennai,but I did some projects with my new friends. Since it is the end of the year,they have a lot of essays or projects to do,I try to help them and to make new friends.

In ASIAC swimming, I worked closely with my teammates. We cheered for each other before every race and gave support even after hard events. I learned how important it is to communicate and stay positive as a team. Even when I felt nervous, my teammates helped me stay confident. I also encouraged others and shared tips during practice. I wanted to go home when I needed to make speech at MUN but I stayed and made many speeches even though I was so afraid of standing in front of many people.so I think I showed resilient

Collaboration: this year, I communicated with other friends in class or between asiac band and Mun, helped them when they need help, and encouraged them to participate actively in their assignments.

Zach has been a leader in my advisory by helping out whenever needed, volunteering to do the days advisory lesson when Ms Uge asks, and also collaborating with everyone and doing all of the activities.

Collaborator: this year, throughout my classes I collaborated with my peers and tried to listen to their ideas as well as contributing myself. I made lots of friends and tried to be kind to everyone in my classes.

I think I showed leadership throughout this year during many different projects and activities. One of my proud achievements of this year was the fact that I was ASIAC vice captain during the football season. The role of any type of captain is to lead your team through everything. Another thing that I am proud of is how during STEAM, me and my partner were Co-Leaders in succeeding our goal of raising money for a LED school.

Leaders: While I participate volleyball and basketball ASIAC, I was vice captain and captain. When I was captain, I tried my best to lead my team to collaborate, and trust each others.

Collaborator: During school work, or even every classes, I tried to collaborate with others more efficiently.

Something I appreciate about Jisoo is that she support me in advisory by helping and informing some informations during the advisory. One learning habit I have seen Jisoo show in advisory is knowledge because she always solve the problems by herself. A vision for a learner attribute that Jisoo has exhibited in advisory is Ethical. The reason is she helped me and she always keeps her duties well. Jisoo displayed confidence in advisory.

Collaboration: I collaborated during theatre class because I worked with my peers forming sets, running lines, and I listened to everyone’s ideas and tried to incorporate them as much as I could.

Leader - Sometimes in Social Study, Language Arts, and P.E., I’ve been a good leadership to my teammates, especially P.E. Also, I’ve been leading my teammate in Social Study and Language Arts related to team project. I’ve been enjoying those experiences, and felt proud of myself.

Explorer - First of all I experienced the swimming competition when I went to SAISA. It was somewhat a first time experience to go to a big competition like that so it was interesting and reflective to me. I’ve been kind of challenged on how hard the practices were and made me kind of hard to do it.

Versatile - I changed a lot in my point of views in swimming because first when I was going to the SAISA practices, I was so tired and wanted to quit this thing. But after I go to SAISA competition, my mindset had changed a lot in point of views of swimming. So, I think that made me go to ASIAC too.

Collaboration: My collaboration has improved a lot compared to last year. I always thought being independent is best and being independent would be very comfortable for me, but now I’ve changed because I realised being collaborative is great way to engage with other people and improve socialisation.

Seth has been empathetic by sitting with me in advisory. Additionally, he tries to include everyone in whatever activity we are doing in the advisory.

Something I really appreciate about Tanvi is that she is super kind and supportive. During class and outside of class she is caring and empathetic. She thinks and cares about people and always tries to listen to others ideas and include people.

Since I am new,I am not good friends with anybody for now,I have friends from the school that I talk with,but not yet at the advisory. The people from the advisory class are very nice and friendly,like the other students from the whole school.

A Vision on for a learner that Yeonwoo has exhibited in advisory is explorer. I say this because when he is learning about something, he is always showing enthusiasm and Interest. Even if it’s not fun.

Shana has been a leader by making this advisory feel safe for a lot of us and making it a place where we can always chat and laugh

Explorers: I always want to do some new things like if I can choose the activities, I’ll choose the activities which I didn’t have before. And I like to know new knowledge about world very much.

Kohana has been collaborative, because in science class, I’ve always worked independently with no partner and there weren’t many friends but when Kohana came to science class, it made me feel good because we got to collaborate with each other during team activities. She showed collaboration by helping me and doing things together.

Something I appreciate about Ayin, Sooah, Eric, and Seoyun is that they support me in advisory whenever I get confused while I speak, they helped me to finish my speech by telling me the words, or finishing the quotes instead of me.

One learning habit I have seen from Aoi, and Michi show in advisory is innovators since they encourage themselves to speak in English more than Japanese.

A vision for learner attribute that Sandeep has exhibited in advisory is explorers. I say this because whenever he has some uncertainty, he always ask questions, and whenever we do new activities, he always try it without hesitation.

Ayin displayed courage in advisory when she came to our advisory in first day, she really speak out, and participate activities. This contributed to our advisory in a positive way because we can feel that she is enjoying our advisory, which made us feel proud and relief.

Adityaa has been an empathic person by helping everyone with math homework, and trying to include everyone as much as he can.

Collaborators: This year, I collaborated with many students during 7th grade. For example, I participated in ASIAC music for band, we cooperated with other school students. Moreover, I learned a lot more by working with others.

Versatile- There were many things were change after I experienced grade 6.

Thinker: Throughout this year, I have been able to think more critically about day-to-day situations and problems. For instance, during STEAM I was able to find hardships women working at my NGO might be facing. I chose time management, (elaborated further in my STEAM presentation) which I feel was an aspect that was overlooked when learning of the NGO.

To Junseo,

He was such an innovator and thinker with a lots of creativities, good knowledges, and supported me a lot as a true friend to me. We sometimes fought but still the fact that we are friends are not changed at all. I’m still sorry when I think of the time I fought with him but we have more good memories. Again thank you for being my friend and I hope we can be a good friend more over to future until we go back to Korea.

Something I appreciate about Aoi is that he support me in advisory by I was nervous about in advisory, there is no one I know. However there is Aoi.

Something I appreciate about Michi. He helped me when I couldn't understand about what we're going to do. And also he helped me when I didn't know haw to say about what I wanted to say.

Collaborator : this year I have collaborated throughout most of my classes. I have listened and added to the conversation. I am not perfect of course, and there are still things I could improve on. But I have tried to be kind and listen to everyone.

Something I appreciate about Seth is that he support me in advisory by being amazing friend with me.

Something I appreciate about Shana is that she is always really kind and helpful she makes everything so fun and always makes everyone smile.

One VFL traits that Jason showed in our advisory is leaders, because he always lead our advisory when sometimes others are not engaged in the advisory lessens. Something I appreciate about Jason is that he support me in advisory by telling me to where to got. Sometimes, I did not recognized to go to the other places for assembly, Jason told me to go to FAC, and madras hall. One learning habit I have seen Jason show in advisory is engagement, because he always listen to our advisor, and he always engage in advisory lessens well.

Leaders: She is very responsible and she usually suggests solutions every class and every time I met her. And also she was captain in ASIAC basketball and vice captain in ASIAC volleyball.

Thinkers: When she suggests solutions, the solutions are always good. I think because she has a good imagination, her solutions are always good and also she talks a lot.

Something I appreciate about Eric is that he support me in advisory by when we need to talk by group, he always speaks first .

Something that I appreciate about Fleur is that she always shares her ideas with me and makes me laugh a lot she also always starts interesting conversations and makes everyone on our table feel included.

Maddy has shown kindness towards me in many different situations. She showed a lot of confidence sometimes when she faced a problem

Resilient:

During CHEMUN XVIII, I was in a committee with high schoolers. Because they were so advanced and skilled, I was so scared to speak and say my opinions during lobbying. But I thought doing nothing will make me nuisance to my team, so I put my all efforts.

Collaborator:

In SEVAI and STEAM, I was grouped with 6th graders. I thought it will be hard to work with grade 6 but both my team and I collaborated to make best results. I was good listener during discussing and managed my team if they are outside of the topic.

I believe that Sunhu has shown collaboration this year as he’s always open to talking to many people in our advisory. He gets a lot of squid game references as well

This year was my first time trying different things like participating in ASIAC volleyball, doing electives like new media art and CAD 3D printing.

Something I appreciate about Hahyun as a leader is that she supported me in advisory by telling me the definitions of words that I don’t know. She doesn’t ignore peers who are struggling, instead, she helps and be kind to them. I think Eric must be appreciated as an Empathetic member in advisory, because he always gives us positive energy and power. He tries his best to understand other people and make them comfortable. Seoyun who is a thinker of our advisory he always thinks carefully and  offers creative ideas. Since he thinks carefully, his behavior and personality is generous in our advisory. Aoi and Michi displayed creativity in advisory when they had to give some ideas. They came up with various ideas that other students can’t think about. Also, I want to appreciate Sooah as a collaboratorbecause she participated in activities and considered other students during group activities. Finally, Sandeep displayed ethical energy during advisory and I want to appreciate him.

Sunhu has performed excellence in collaboration with me and Seongjun in Particular. For example, when our advisor Ms Starr gives us directions, Sunhu would actively participate in discussions and share facts he got from our discussions and collaborations. To add on, he is good at collaborating with other students and is actively mostly using english during advisory. To add on, he has performed excellence on explorer because he has explored different things such as learning how to use google calendar, strides application etc.

Something I appreciate about Nathan is that he support me in advisory by showing Collaborators, He always help me when I need help

Leader: During MS concert, I had long solo part, and lead the whole band for 40 seconds.

One learning habit I have seen Hahyun show in advisory is collaborated with every adversary friends and helping each other very well

Something I appreciate about Ayin is that she join our advisory last, but she shows the collaborating skills very well by supporting advisory by asking many questions and giving lots of information that can help other advisory friends.

A vision for a learner attribute that Aoi has exhibited in advisory is explorer. I say this because he was shy and was really talking when there’s a chance to talk with me and Seoyun, but at the end of the year he is talking slowly with us

Something I appreciate about Michi is that he was helping Aoi so much in many different ways. One thing I saw is that he was translating the thing to Aoi and he was giving some help when IPad wasn’t working

Something I appreciate about Sandeep is that he was kind to every people in advisory and he talk and share his idea with us very well. I want to talk with Sandeep more, but he missed our advisory too much

Something I appreciate about Sooah is that she help our advisory by being supportive and kind to everyone in the advisory.

Something I appreciate to seoyun is that he is kind and he collaborate to anyone.

What I appreciate about Nathan is that he supports me by giving advice to his collaborators. He is always there to help me when I need help. So he was able to develop teamwork

Kaya has shown creativity in our advisory throughout the course of this year. Whenever I talk to her, I always leave our conversations happy and fulfilled.

Something I appreciate about Seoyun. He always kind to everyone. And also he was very interesting.

Versatile:

I showed this trait when I came into school and adapted to the way this school works, and when a challenge came or a place where things worked differently. Like when we went to WWW it was hard navigating the steps at first but then it got more easier and I even found some shortcuts to go faster

I showed this trait in any place that we had to work together like P.E, Social Studies, Science and Coding and Robotics. Me and my partners in either of these subjects, we worked together to achieve the common goal and we overcame any problem that faced us.

Collaborators: I think that Oshi does very well with collaboration, and she’s always friendly and great with new people. For example, when we had a new friend in our advisory—Curtis—she was very friendly and open to him, and they very quickly became friends.

Something I appreciate about Sandeep.

He was always kind to us. He always interesting.

Something I appreciate about Sooah. She was always kind to us. And also, she always interesting.

Collaborators: I think this year is the year that i collaborated most. One example is in ASIAC basketball, I collaborated with my teams while playing a math with other schools.

Explorers: In this year, i tried to participate in ASIAC basketball and electives like digital technology and choir.

Kohta is Kohtastic a is an innovator because when there is a problem he finds a solution.

Hahyun

Something I appreciate about Hahyun. She always kind to us. And also, she is always interesting.

Collaborators- During STEAM WEEK I always consulted with my partner and heard her opinion every time. As result we can make good STEAM Project by consulting.

Explorers- After I came to the AISC. I can learn new things about Social, Language Art, Science, etc. Also I can make friends because they try to talk with me.

Ayin

Something I appreciate about Ayin. She is always kind to us. And also, she is interesting.

Curtis is collaborator because when he took some snacks he always sharing me a Lays, Oreo like this.

Yunseo was a thinker that I think she is a good person who thinks carefully before speaking out. It was really nice that she was really kind and good.

Kohta:Kohta is compassionate because he translates for his Japanese friends sometimes.

Alma:Alma is versatile because she has adjusted to her new school very late in the year.

Samanvi:Samanvi is a thinker because she asks many questions

ayeon:Ayeon is compassionate because she always treats her friends very well.

jungwon:Jungwon is an innovator because she always contributes ideas to the class.

jihyeon:Jihyeon is empathetic because she talked to me on my first year at AISC and treated me with respect.

Sihu: Sihu is collaborative because I always see him with his friends and interacting with others around the campus.

One learning habit I have seen Jihyeon, Seth, Zack and Alma show in advisory as an explorers. For example, they did a lot of things like CHEMUN, ASBMUN, ASIAC etc. They gained a lot of experience through these activities.

She always have a question and she is confident because when she has a question she asking a question to the teacher.

One VFL trait I have seen Jungwon show in advisory is explorer. She explored AISC and its friends. She made efforts to explore various culture inside them.

Ayeon- A vision for a learner trait that I had seen from Ayeon is being versatile. Even though she was new, I had seen her trying to talk with other peers.

Zach- Whenever I seen him I saw him talking to new person making me to think he is collaborator.

Seth- When he was in ASIAC basketball he had shown courage inside the court.

Sihu- I had seen him showing his collaborative skills with his peers inside advisory. When we combined advisory I had seen him collaborating with different peers.

Alma- Alma displayed her new journey inside AISC and she explored various cultures inside our advisory.

Since I am new at this school,I don’t know anyone yet. At advisory we have a great time from what I’ve seen till now,but I know that next year it will be more interesting and fun. Everyone in the advisory class is very nice and kind. The students are very friendly and creative.

some things that I thank him is when ms urge asked some question and I couldn’t answer them he helped me answer that question.

Minseong; Minseong is leader who leads others especially during AISAC basketball by being a captain and helping teammates.

Sora: Sora is explorer who explores different things with experience with curiosity

Fayaddh: Fayaddh is ethical who shows resposibility on his choices

Sarah: Sarah is resilient who always tries different ASIAC and SAISA, including volleyball, track and field

Oshi: Oshi is thinkers who comes up with creative thoughts

Curtis: Curtis is ethical who shows consideration of different things and makes good choices

Dayoon - Innovator I believe Dayoon should fit with innovator because she helped me fit in this new school and introduced me her friends.

Sarah - Explorer I think that Sarah is an explorer. It is because I saw her Trying new food in WWW.

Oshi - Collaborator Oshi is a collaborator because she made me join the board game during advisory when I was totally new and didn’t know what to do.

Dayoon: She is thinker, because she is always thinking about some creative and interesting things.

He was such a thinker and collaborator with have many information and knowledges. He helped me a lot when I came here a while ago. He teach me about school and assignment that I am hard.

that she’s a very kind person. She helps everyone in our advisory group which is very helpful for us if someone is involved and helps us.

One learning habit I have seen Sooah show in advisory is  taking initiative  . For example, when she does her work and the effort in  class.

 A Vision for a learner attribute that Sooah has exhibited in advisory is reflective and resilient  . I say this because she shares her thoughts. She takes a moment to think about what she is going to say and then she responds.

Sooah displayed compassion in advisory when she showed kindness to our advisory class . That contributed to our advisory in a positive way.
