Some may be stuck in the past and prefer to work on an island. Other LFs my have different perceptions and biases. Change is also hard, scary and uncomfortable embarking on an unknown journey. There may not be a safe culture set up at the LC. *Bright spots can be used as a "gotcha" against other LFs.
*The Bright Spots may not be everyone's strength
