The root cause of this is because there's no high quality of of design in algeria and plus that I experienced a very hard experience at my start because designers and resources were so rare so it was so hard to learn something in the field and working was almost impossible because there was no culture of the working in design in Algeria and this low level effected the whole community not just designers because many designers decided to give up on the field even tho they are talented at it and some hated it and others gave up to reality and they became doing nothing.

Time: I will start step one on the next days because everyone will be out of vacations and all designers will be available and that's the golden time to launch the project up and it will definitely reach everyone we aim to. And I complete step one on achieving the half of it which is letting everyone know about what is Wavii Studio and that it is the best hope for every young designers to spread his talent everywhere and get benefits and get paid for the time they spend creating digital art.

Time: I will start step two the moment I pick enough designers and study each one of them in all the ways in order to understand them more and lead them well and to know what each one of them can do and what they cannot do. And complete step two when all of my young designers know what they're going to do and how to deal with the server and how to use it and that's gonna be the moment everything will be perfectly clear for all of them.

Time: I will start step three when I teach the young designers team that will have a specific number of members everything they need to know before into the real work.
And complete step three when I finish teaching all of them so they finally know everything they need to know and that will be the moment they get into studying and applying what they study.
