Last Saturday, I went to the beach with my friends. We had a lot of fun swimming and playing volleyball. After we were done playing, we decided to go for a walk along the beach. I was carrying my phone in my back pocket. While we were walking, I felt something wet on my back pocket. I thought it was just sea water, so I didn’t think much of it.

When we got back to my friend’s car, I realized that my phone was missing. I immediately went back to the beach to look for it, but I couldn’t find it anywhere. I was so upset because my phone had all my important contacts and photos on it. I tried calling my phone, but it went straight to voicemail. I realized that someone had probably stolen it.

Last weekend, I went to a theater with my friends. We had planned this outing a week before because we wanted to watch a new theater show together. We met at the theater around 3 p.m.

We got our tickets for free and also free snack and drink in the theater hall. The place was dark and the stage was big, which made us even more excited. When the show began, we all watched quietly, The sound of the actors was very loud and clear, and the acting made the show feel more real.

After the show ended, we talked about our favorite parts while walking out of the theater. We felt very happy because it was such a fun experience.

My family and I went on a holiday to Yogyakarta for the third time. We decided to spend two days there because we wanted to visit some popular sightseeing spots. During the trip, we visited Tebing Breksi, Heha Skyview, and Heha Ocean View. We also stayed in the Malioboro area to enjoy the city atmosphere more easily.

First, we left home early in the morning to avoid traffic jams. When we arrived in Yogyakarta, we went straight to Tebing Breksi. There, we walked around the huge limestone cliffs while taking many photos. The view was wide and the air felt fresh. The kids happily ran around in the open area, while our parents enjoyed the scenery from above.

After Tebing Breksi, we continued to Heha Skyview. The place was full of unique photo spots and had a small café that served warm drinks. We sat for a while, enjoying the hillside view, and took pictures at the heart-shaped decorations and hammock. The atmosphere at Heha Skyview made us relaxed, and we laughed together at many funny moments while posing for photos.

Next, we visited Heha Ocean View. From there, we could see the wide ocean panorama from above—the waves looked tiny from a distance, and the coastline stretched far. The sun was setting, giving the view a warm golden color. We also bought some local snacks at a small stall before heading back to the car to continue to Malioboro.

At night, we stayed in the Malioboro area. After checking in, we walked along the lively street, tried gudeg and street food, and bought some small souvenirs. The bright lights and the friendly vendors made the night feel warm and cheerful. Before going to sleep, we shared stories about each person’s favorite moment of the day.

Overall, this family trip was very enjoyable and special, even though it was already our third visit to Yogyakarta. Visiting Tebing Breksi, Heha Skyview, and Heha Ocean View gave us different views—from cliffs, hills, to the ocean—and staying in Malioboro closed the day with the city’s unique atmosphere. We went home with happy feelings and brought back sweet memories and photos to remember.

First, we visited Parangtritis beach. The sun shone brightly and the scenery was very beautiful there. We felt the wind blew across to us. We also saw a lot of people in that beach. There were many birds flew in the sky. Also, there were many sellers who sold many kinds of souvenirs. Second, we visited Gembira Loka Zoo. We saw many kinds there such of animals monkeys, tigers, crocodiles, snakes, etc. We looked around in that Zoo, and also took pictures of those animals. Then, we felt hungry, so we went to a restaurant. As soon as we finished our lunch, we decided to go home.

For me, that was a beautiful day. we really enjoyed it, and I hope I could visit Jogja again.

Last Saturday, my mom and I decided to bake a strawberry cake together. We both love strawberries, and it's always a fun bonding activity for us.

We gathered all the ingredients: flour, sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla extract, and a basket of fresh, ripe strawberries from the local market. We followed a recipe from my grandmother's old cookbook. I measured and mixed the dry ingredients, while my mom prepared the strawberries, slicing them into perfect little pieces. Then, we combined everything, taking turns stirring and laughing when flour puffed up in our faces. My mom carefully placed the cake in the preheated oven. The house soon filled with the sweet, comforting aroma of baking cake. After what seemed like forever, the cake was ready. We let it cool, then frosted it with a light, creamy frosting and arranged the sliced strawberries on top.

The cake turned out beautifully, and it tasted even better than it looked. We enjoyed a slice with a cup of tea, savoring the sweet, tangy flavor and the joy of spending time together. Baking with my mom is always a special experience and I felt very happy.

One week ago, I went to the Geological Museum in Bandung with my younger brother. It was our first time visiting the museum, so we were very excited.

First, when we entered the museum, we saw many interesting things such as rocks, minerals, and fossils. My brother was very amazed by the big dinosaur replica.

Next, we read some information about volcanoes and the history of the earth.

After that, we walked around the museum and took some pictures together. We spent about two hours inside the museum before going home.

It was a fun and memorable experience. I learned many new things about geology, and I was happy to spend quality time with my brother.

Last Idul Fitri, I spent my holiday in my hometown, Sumedang, West Java. I went there with my parents. It was a special holiday because I could meet my grandparents and many relatives after a long time.

On the first day, after arriving at my grandparents’ house, we were warmly welcomed by our family. My grandmother had prepared delicious traditional food such as opor ayam, ketupat, and sambal goreng. We ate together while sharing stories and laughter.

The next day, my uncle took me to visit Jatigede Dam, one of the famous spots in Sumedang. The view was amazing, with wide water surrounded by green hills. I took a lot of photos there. In the afternoon, I went with my cousins to buy tahu Sumedang, the city’s famous snack. It was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—so tasty!

On the third day, we went to the town square. It was crowded with people enjoying the holiday. There were many food stalls and small shops. I tried mie kocok and some traditional drinks. We also took pictures together before going back home.

My holiday in Sumedang was short but very meaningful. I felt so happy to spend time with my grandparents and cousins. I also enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the unique local food. I hope I can visit Sumedang again soon.

Last holiday, I went to Mount Salak with my family. We wanted to enjoy nature and spend quality time together.

We left home early in the morning by car. The trip was fun because we sang songs and shared snacks along the way.
When we arrived at Mount Salak, the air was very fresh and cool. We walked together to explore the forest. I saw many beautiful trees, flowers, and even some birds.
After that, we visited a small waterfall. My siblings and I played in the water while my parents prepared food. We ate together near the waterfall, and the food tasted more delicious because we were very hungry.
In the afternoon, we climbed a little higher to see the view from above. It was so amazing! We took many family photos there.

The trip to Mount Salak with my family was unforgettable. I felt very happy and I hope we can go there again someday.

When I was in elementary school, I had an unforgettable experience. One day after school, it was pouring rain. My mother was supposed to come pick me up, but I didn't see her. Since my house wasn't far, I decided to walk home without a raincoat or umbrella.

Finally, I arrived home, drenched from head to toe. A few minutes later, my mother returned with her motorcycle and raincoat. She asked my older sister, "Is Cila (my nickname at home) home yet?" My mother sounded very worried. My older sister replied, "Yes." Then my mother came into the room and was shocked to see me drenched. She said, "Cila! I was at school but didn't see you. It turns out you're home and soaked! I was so worried about you." After that, my mother scolded me.

Ultimately, I felt guilty for worrying her. However, it was an unforgettable experience that I will never forget.

My grandmother and grandfather were going to bathe the cows. My sister and I helped with the bathing.

After staying at my grandmother's house for a few days, our family returned home, arriving at 9:30 a.m. I really enjoyed my visit to my grandmother's house. I was very happy. We learned a lot.

My Holiday in Yogyakarta

Last year, I went to Yogyakarta with my family for a short holiday. We traveled by train from Bandung, and the journey took about eight hours. Even though it was long, I enjoyed looking at the scenery outside the window.

On the second day, we visited Borobudur Temple. I was amazed by the big stone structure and the detailed carvings. We also climbed to the top and took many photos. After that, we went to Malioboro Street to buy souvenirs and try traditional food.

After a few hours, we finally arrived in Palembang. The city looked busy and lively. At the wedding, I met many relatives that I had never seen before. The ceremony was beautiful, and the food was delicious. I especially liked the traditional Palembang dish called pempek.

At first, I was a bit scared, but finally, I was brave enough to cross it. We also took many pictures at several interesting spots.

After exploring, we had lunch at a restaurant there. The food was delicious, especially because we ate while enjoying the amazing scenery. Before going home, we bought some souvenirs from the local shops.

Last year, I went on a trip to climb Mount Bromo with my friends. It was my first time climbing a mountain, and I was so excited. We prepared everything we needed, from food to climbing gear, and started our journey early in the morning.

We climbed for hours, and the terrain was quite challenging. We had to walk through steep and rocky paths, but the scenery was breathtaking. We could see the beautiful sunrise and the stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

After a few hours of climbing, we finally reached the top of the mountain. The view from the top was incredible. We could see the crater of Mount Bromo and the sea of sand stretching as far as the eye could see. We took many photos and enjoyed the moment.

On the way down, we encountered some difficulties, such as slippery paths and strong winds. But we worked together as a team and helped each other out.

This experience taught me that climbing a mountain is not just about reaching the top, but also about the journey and the friends you share it with. On the first day, we qas landed at Perth Airport around 6 AM after 3 hours long flight from Denpasar . Then we went to the hotel by car and checked in there that we already booked. We decided to take a rest for.

At night, we went to the Angels Falls Grill, on the next day we went to the Kings Park, Botanic Garden and Elizabeth Quay.

We also to the bell hotel and see the beautiful scenery of Perth from that tower. We went back to the hotel 9 PM and immidiately took a rest

I spend my last day in the Perth and bought some unique stuff or souvenirs for our relations, neighbour, and friends. We also went to the Perth Zoo, after that we went to the Perth Airport at 8 PM. That was a great experience so we planned to do these again next year

After that, we saw the lions and tigers. They were sleeping peacefully in the shade. I thought they were so beautiful, but also a little scary. My favorite part was watching the monkeys. They were jumping around and playing with each other, and one even tried to grab a banana from a visitor's bag, which made everyone laugh.

A month ago, I went to Garut to vacation at Darajat Pass. The trip to Darajat Pass took about two hours. My father, mother, and little sister were so excited to spend time together and enjoy the fresh mountain air. We packed everything we needed, from swimsuits to snacks.

Upon arrival, we headed straight to the pool and had a great time. The water was refreshing, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. We swam, played in the water, and laughed together. After we were satisfied, we had lunch and took a short break while enjoying the view. We spent the entire day at Darajat Pass with various exciting activities.

After a day of fun, we finally returned home in the evening with happy hearts. It was truly a fun vacation and unforgettable memories for my family and me.

Last month, I visited the Monument of the Struggle of the People of West Java in Bandung. The monument is located on Dipatiukur Street, right across from Padjadjaran University. I went there with my classmates as part of a history study tour.

Events:

When we arrived, we saw the monument’s unique design that looks like sharp bamboo spears, symbolizing the spirit of struggle. Our teacher explained that it was built to honor the bravery of the people of West Java in defending Indonesia’s independence. We also entered the museum inside the monument. There, we observed many historical collections such as old photographs, weapons, and documents from the independence era. I felt amazed because I could learn directly from the real objects used in the past.

Reorientation:

Visiting the Monument of the Struggle of the People of West Java was a meaningful experience. I not only enjoyed the trip with my friends but also gained more knowledge about Indonesia’s history. It made me proud of the sacrifices of our heroes.

When we arrived we stayed in a hotel two days and one night. The hotel is comfortable and we enjoyed our time there. We visited the Wahoo played in the water, swimming in the pool, and go up to slide. On the second day, I go to ikea to have a lunch before going back home.

The vacation was short but very fun and unforgettable. I felt so happy because i could spend quality time with my family and we very happy because food in ikea very very very delicious, i really like it.

Last week, i went to Bandung with my friend. We took a bus from Jakarta and arrived in Bandung in the morning. The cool climate of Bandung was a welcome change from the heat of Jakarta. we stared our trip by visiting the iconic Gedung Sate, a beautiful building with a unique architecture.

Next, we headed to the Trans Studio Bandung, an indoor theme Park that offered a variety of thrilling rides and attractions. We spent hours riding roller coasters and playing games. After that, we visited the kawah putih crater a stunning natural wonder with a turqoise lake and surreal landscape. The scenery was breathtakingly beautiful, and we took plenty of photos to capture the moment.

In the evening, we walked around the cihampelas street, trying some local street food and shoping for souvenirs. we bought some batik and bandrek, a traditional Bandung drink. It was a wonderful trip, and i'm so gateful to hape experience the beauty and excitement of Bandung. We had a great time and can't wait to plan our next trip! feeling tired but happy.

Last school holiday, I had a very exciting experience. I went to the Bandung Zoological Garden with my family. It was on Sunday morning, and we wanted to spend our weekend together while also learning about animals. I was so happy because it had been a long time since my last visit to the zoo.

The journey from my house to Bandung Zoological Garden took about one hour by car. When we arrived, I was surprised to see that the zoo was very crowded. Many visitors came with their families and friends. At the entrance gate, there was a big statue of an elephant that welcomed us.

After buying the tickets, we started exploring the zoo. First, we saw different kinds of birds such as parrots, peacocks, and eagles. Then we continued to see the reptiles area, where there were snakes, crocodiles, and turtles. My younger sister was scared when she saw the big python, but I was fascinated.

The most interesting part for me was the mammal section. I saw elephants, tigers, lions, zebras, and giraffes. I was especially amazed by the orangutans because they looked so intelligent and playful. We also watched a short animal show where some birds performed tricks guided by the zookeepers. It was really entertaining.

We didn’t forget to ride a boat along the small river inside the zoo. From the boat, we could see some animals from a different angle. Before leaving, we visited the souvenir shop where my sister bought a panda doll.

When I was in eighth grade, my classmates and I had the chance to perform the Saman Dance at school. It was part of our P5 project, and we had practiced for a long time before the performance. At first, it was difficult because the Saman Dance requires fast hand movements and good coordination, but we kept practicing together.

During practice, sometimes we got the rhythm wrong and ended up laughing, but that made the training more enjoyable. Our teacher reminded us to stay focused and work as a team, because in Saman Dance every movement must be in harmony.

On the performance day, we wore matching costumes with bright colors. Sitting in a line, we started the dance with confidence. The music and clapping rhythm made the performance lively. The audience clapped along and gave loud applause when we finished.

It was such a memorable moment because the hard work finally paid off. Performing the Saman Dance not only made us proud, but also helped us learn about teamwork, discipline, and the beauty of Indonesian culture.

Last weekend, my friends and I decided to hike Mt. Manglayang, a beautiful mountain near our houses. We started early in the morning, the journey was challenging, but the scenery along the way kept us motivated.

As we climbed higher, the air grew cooler, and the trees became taller. We took breaks to rest and refuel with snacks and drinks. The hike was more difficult than we expected, but the stunning views from the top made it all worth it. We took plenty of photos to capture the moment. Once we reached the summit, we decided to continue to the bayangan's peak. The path was very steep and slippery, but the scenery was very incredibly beautiful.

Reaching the summit was an incredible feeling. We felt proud of ourselves for pushing through the challenges and making it to the top. The view from the summit was breathtaking, with rolling hills and valleys stretching as far as the eye could see. We spent hours at the summit, taking in the view and enjoying each other's company before beginning our descent. It was unforgettable experience for me, cause i had so much fun in my youth with my friends.

My Camping Experience in Jatinangor

Last year, on August 26–28, 2024, I joined a camping activity in Jatinangor together with my scout troop friends. The camping lasted for three days and became one of the most unforgettable experiences in my life.

During the camp, we had various activities such as morning exercises, cooking together, building tents, and group discussions. There were also 26 competitions that made the camping more lively and challenging. I participated in some of them and tried my best to show good performance. The weather in Jatinangor was fresh in the morning and colder at night, which made the campfire moments even more fun and warm.

On the last day, there was an announcement of the winners. I was very surprised and proud because I achieved the highest award in the competition. That moment made all the tiredness worth it.

The food was delicious. Then, we continued our trip to a factory outlet. My sister bought some clothes, and I got a new pair of shoes. In the evening, we went back to the hotel and rested.

It was a wonderful holiday. I felt very happy because I could spend time with my family and enjoy Bandung’s beautiful places. I hope I can visit Bandung again in the future.

In the middle of the trip, I heard a loud explosion near the forest. The sound was so strong that I and several other riders were shocked. I didn’t know exactly what it was, so I just continued the journey.

When we arrived, my older brother and I were hungry, so we decided to eat noodles. While we were eating, the explosion sounded again, even louder this time. We felt a bit scared, but we chose to keep eating. After finishing our meal, we went to a tea plantation, which seemed to belong to local residents, and took photos there.

We then continued riding the motorcycles and kept going forward until we realized that we had gone too far—if we continued, we would end up in Cianjur.

Since we had already gone too far and there wasn’t enough time to go on, we decided to return home. This was a very enjoyable trip for me. It gave me and my family a new and wonderful experience.

My Unforgettable Visit to Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda

One year ago, on a Saturday morning, my family invited me to go to Ir. H. Djuanda Grand Forest Park. Initially, I was quite reluctant to leave the house because I was in the middle of studying and doing my school assignments. However, not wanting to disappoint them, I finally agreed to join.

Events:
We departed by car, and the journey to get there took about 45 minutes. When we arrived, the place was very crowded with visitors. I even saw several tall foreign tourists. After we bought the entrance tickets, we started walking to explore the various spots inside the park.

First, we visited the Japanese Cave and the Dutch Cave. Both were fascinating but had very distinct differences. The Japanese Cave was incredibly spacious inside but also felt eerie and sinister. In contrast, the Dutch Cave was very well-organized and had a calming atmosphere inside.

After exploring both caves, we had our lunch. We enjoyed our meal while resting from the walk.

Finally, we decided to go back home. I felt very happy that day. My feelings had completely changed; I had been very lazy to go out that morning, but I returned home from the Grand Forest Park with a heart full of joy and satisfaction. It turned out to be a wonderful decision to join my family.

When I was 7th grade, I signed up for an English competition for junior high school students. I was super excited because it's my first time. The requirements for the participants were to answer the questions on a laptop while keeping a phone connected to the Zoom link (to monitor cheating). If I don't follow the requirements, I'll be eliminated. However it was unannounced, when the first selection would begin.

Turns out, the first selection is right on the day of my cousin's wedding. I had to think of how to use my laptop and my phone at the same time at the wedding. But thankfully, there was a family room with a large table and an electric socket near the table. I could charge my laptop while doing the questions.

I set up my laptop and phone, prayed, and started the test. Everything went well, even though some questions were tricky. But... I didn't realize my phone battery was low. I continued answering until I almost finished.

Suddenly, my phone turned off. It had reached 0%... I noticed it just before I almost finished the test. I quickly plugged it in to charge, but it was too late. Since my phone wasn’t connected to Zoom, I was automatically eliminated. I could have submitted the answers, but that wasn’t how the competition worked.

​As soon as we arrived, we went straight to the hotel to drop off our bags, and then the adventure began. On the first day, we visited Yogyakarta Palace and Taman Sari. I was amazed by the ancient architecture and the historical stories told by our tour guide. That evening, we walked along Malioboro Street, bought some souvenirs, and enjoyed local Jogja food like gudeg and bakpia. We found a lot of delicious food there, and my sibling and I even got to eat some yummy ice cream.

​On the second day, we spent our time visiting various interesting places. In the morning, we went to a museum where we saw a wonderful collection of artworks. After that, we explored some parts of the city that are famous for their unique shops and aesthetic cafes.

​On the last day, we didn't go far, but instead enjoyed the city's atmosphere. We tried some unique restaurants and spent the afternoon relaxing. That evening, before returning to Bandung, we went back to Malioboro to buy more souvenirs and enjoy our last night in the city.

Yesterday, I went to Braga Street in Bandung with my friends. We were very excited because we finally went for a walk after going through very busy days.

After that, we watched a theater performance at De Majestic. We were very excited because we had been waiting for this show since last week.

And then, we looked for a funny photo booth. My friend and I found one that was really cute and comfortable. Interestingly, the photo booth had a bathroom theme, which made it even more unique.

Besides that, we also went to find some food. We stopped at Bakmi Tjokin Braga. The place was cozy and comfortable, perfect for eating together with friends. There were many menu choices we could enjoy, and the food tasted delicious.

Before going home, we also enjoyed street performances from local musicians. The atmosphere was lively and fun.

When I was in 6th grade, my friends and I from Madrasah Al Mukarromah went on an outbound trip to Kampung Bamboo in 2023. It was a memorable experience that I will always treasure.

Events

We started our journey early in the morning, filled with excitement and anticipation. When we arrived at Kampung Bamboo, we were greeted by the friendly staff who introduced us to the various activities we would be doing. We participated in team-building games, obstacle courses, and other fun activities that tested our skills and teamwork. I was amazed by the beautiful scenery and the warm hospitality of the staff. After a fun-filled day, we returned to the madrasah, tired but happy.

When I was six years old, I had a memorable experience. It was the first time I learned how to ride a bicycle, and my grandfather was the one who taught me.

Events:

At first, I felt very nervous and afraid of falling. My grandfather held the back of my bicycle and told me to keep pedaling. I tried again and again, but I often lost my balance and almost fell. My grandfather encouraged me not to give up. After many attempts, finally, I could ride the bicycle by myself. I was so happy and proud, while my grandfather smiled and clapped for me.

Reorientation:

That moment was unforgettable. I will always remember how patient and kind my grandfather was when he taught me to ride a bicycle.

Last Saturday, I went to Braga with my friend and our parents to watch a theater performance that was recommended by our teacher. The theater was entitled “Pahlawan yang Tidak Dikenal” (The Unknown Hero). We gathered in Braga at half past one. Since the performance would start at 3 p.m., we decided to spend some time playing and exploring first.

Events :

First, we went to Mumuso to buy a few items. Mumuso had many cute products and women’s essentials such as makeup, skincare, blind boxes, perfumes, dolls, and many more.

After that, we walked around and found a photo booth place. We stopped at Toko Tahilalat and decided to take photobooth pictures together. The results turned out to be very cute and funny.

Then, we continued our walk and visited Feel Matcha, a shop selling various matcha-based drinks and desserts. The taste was really delicious, and the prices were quite affordable. Unfortunately, some shops in Braga like Toko Tahilalat and Feel Matcha did not accept cash payments. Luckily, our parents had cashless payment options with them.

Since the weather was getting cloudy and the time showed nearly 3 p.m., we went straight to The Majestic to watch the theater. When we arrived, My friend and I met several of our friends class. We lined up to get our tickets, which were free because we had fulfilled some requirements earlier. After entering, we were guided to sit quietly while enjoying the performance. The committee even provided us with some snacks and drinks.

Theater started, and it was very exciting. After the performance ended, we took pictures with our art teacher, who also performed as one of the dancers. The story was touching and made me feel emotional, especially when remembering the current condition of Indonesia.

Reorientation :

That day, I felt very happy because I could both play and watch the theater together with my friends. It was truly an unforgettable experience.

Exploring Tahura in Holiday

During my semester holiday, I was invited by my family to visit Tahura or Bandung Grand Forest Park. It is a large forest park in Bandung that still keeps its natural beauty.

Events:

In Tahura, I spent my time exploring the forest with my family. We walked along the paths, enjoyed the fresh air, and visited beautiful spots. One of the most amazing places was Keraton Cliff. When I stood there, it felt like being on top of a mountain with a breathtaking view.

I also explored several other areas in the park. The atmosphere was like being in ancient nature because there were many natural water sources, protected animals, and well-maintained trees. I even saw some historical fossils that made the trip more interesting.

Re-orientation:

Exploring Bandung’s Grand Forest Park was a wonderful experience. It really felt like being in the wild forest, and the peaceful atmosphere made the holiday enjoyable, especially because I shared it with my family.

A Visit to Borobudur Temple

Last year, I visited Borobudur Temple with my family. It was my first time going there, and I felt very excited. We went to Magelang, Central Java, early in the morning so we could arrive before it got too crowded.

When we arrived, I was amazed by the magnificent temple. Borobudur is the largest Buddhist temple in the world, and it looked so beautiful. We walked around the temple and climbed up to the top. On the way, we saw many reliefs that told stories about Buddha’s life. My father explained some of the history, and it made me more interested.

At the top, the view was wonderful. We could see the mountains and the green fields around the temple. We took many photos to remember the moment. I felt peaceful and happy being there.

Visiting Borobudur was an unforgettable experience. I learned about history, culture, and also enjoyed the beautiful scenery. I hope I can visit it again someday.

My First Camping in 2022

In 2022, I joined my first camping at school. It was held in the school yard with all my classmates. I felt so happy because it was my first camping experience.

In the morning, we gathered in the school yard and the camping started. We joined many fun activities, like games and a flag ceremony. At 7 p.m. we had a campfire and sang songs together. And at 10 p.m. my friends and I couldn’t sleep because we kept joking around. At dawn, we prayed Subuh together. Even though it was only camping at school, the event was still very exciting.

That camping taught me teamwork, discipline, and made me closer to my friends. It was a simple but unforgettable experience.

Last Sunday, I went to Parangtritis Beach with my family. We left home early in the morning and arrived after two hours. The weather was sunny and perfect for a trip.

Events

When we got there, I played on the sand and built a small sandcastle with my brother. My parents walked along the shore while enjoying the view. I also swam a little and collected some beautiful seashells.

Re-orientation

In the afternoon, we watched the sunset together. It was so beautiful and unforgettable. I felt very happy and hoped I could visit the beach again soon.

Last year, i went camping with my parents in a camp van. We spend two days and one night in Pangalengan. It was not my first time camping in that place but i still felt excited.

I left from home at noon and arrived in Pangalengan at afternoon. When we arrived, my parents set up the camp van and prepared it as a place to rest for us. After that, my mom and i go for a short walk around the area to enjoy the beautiful view. At night, we made a campfire, had a dinner,played card together and then go to sleep.

At the next day, in the morning we had some breakfast and took some photos together as memories of us before going home. Even the camping was simple and fast, it was still an unforgettable memories for me.

Coloring Contest on Independence Day

When i was 9 years old, i joined coloring contest during the August 17th celebration in my neighborhood. The theme was Indonesian heroes

I got a picture of Seokarno to color. I used my crayons and i tried to be neat and creative as possible. There were many other kids and their work looked great too. After we finished, the judge announced the winners. I was suprised and nervous when they called my name as the second-place winner. Even though i didn’t got the first place i still felt happy, i received a trophy and a goodie bag

The contest was a fun moment for me. I learned that trying my best is more important than winning.

Last weekend, I went on a camping trip with my friends to the mountains. We arrived at the campsite in the afternoon and set up our tents. After that, we went hiking to explore the beautiful scenery around us.

As we climbed higher, the view became more stunning. We saw a breathtaking waterfall and took plenty of photos to capture the moment. After hiking, we returned to the campsite and built a campfire to cook dinner.

We spent the evening sharing stories and singing songs around the campfire. It was a wonderful experience, and I felt so connected to nature.

The next morning, we woke up early to watch the sunrise. It was truly magical. We packed up our belongings and headed back home, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

When I was in Grade 8, I was chosen as the class representative to model in a fashion show during the school's Independence Day celebration. The costume theme was red and white.

My classmates and their parents helped design my outfit using red and white plastic bags. First, we created a frame for the skirt and top, then glued the plastic bags onto it based on our design. We also made accessories such as flowers, beads, and a crown out of cardboard, which we covered with colorful paper.

On the day of the performance, I felt nervous because it was my first time modeling. Many other participants wore fancy red and white costumes. When it was my turn, I smiled, posed for the judges, answered a few questions, and walked off the stage.

My Holiday in Bandung

Last month, I went to Bandung with my family. We went by car. When we arrived, the weather was very cold and fresh.

First, we went to a zoo. I saw many animals such as elephants, giraffes, lions, monkeys, and orangutans. After that, we went to a restaurant that was famous for Sundanese food. It tasted very delicious.

It was a wonderful holiday. I felt very happy and cheerful. I hope my family and I can visit Bandung again.

Last holiday, I went to Slili Beach with my parents and my older brother. We left early in the morning by car and arrived after two hours.

Events:

First, we set up a picnic spot under a big tree near the shore. We brought snacks, sandwiches, and drinks to enjoy together.

Then, my father rented a small boat, and we went rowing along the calm part of the beach. My brother helped me steer the boat, and we laughed a lot.

After that, we played on the sand. We collected seashells and built a big sandcastle together. It was so much fun, and we laughed a lot.

Finally, before going home, we watched the sunset while enjoying the snacks we didn’t finish. I felt very happy because the day at the beach with my family and my brother was full of fun and unforgettable memories.

Last holiday, I went to Mount Palasari with my friends. We started our journey in the morning with full excitement. The weather was fresh, and the scenery on the way was very beautiful.

When we arrived, we began to climb slowly. It was a little tiring, but we enjoyed the green trees and the sound of birds. After some time, we finally reached the top and saw the amazing view of hills, forests, and villages.

last vacation, i went to Trans Studio Bandung with my family. it was my first time visiting the amusement park, and i had a great time.

upon arrival, we bought tickets and entered the amusement park. the first ride I tried was the niagara falls. the ride was very fast and made me scream, but I really enjoyed it. afterward, we watched a 4D movie, which felt so realistic and fun. then, my family and i explored the science center and took photos together. that afternoon, we had lunch in the food court, and the food was delicious. then, we tried the haunted house and the giant swing. both were scary but unforgettable.

that evening, we went home exhausted but very happy. visiting Trans Studio Bandung was an amazing experience, and i hope to visit again someday.

A Trip to the Zoo

  Last holiday, I went to the zoo with my family. We left home in the morning and arrived after one hour. The weather was sunny, so it was a good day to visit the zoo.

  First, we saw the elephants. They were very big and friendly. I even watched one elephant taking a bath. After that, we visited the giraffes. They were tall and ate leaves from the trees. Then, we went to see the lions. They looked strong and scary, but they were sleeping in their cage. My favorite part was watching the monkeys because they were so funny and active. At noon, we had lunch in the picnic area and took many photos together.

When I was a little boy, I learned to ride a bicycle with my dad. This was a very impressive experience. I learned to ride a bike in the field near my house. While learning to ride, I fell down, but I didn't give up. I kept trying to learn.

After practicing several times, I was finally able to ride a bicycle by myself. I was very happy. I invited my friends to ride bicycles together around the housing area. Besides that, I also ride my bicycle to school.

A Trip to Karang Papak Beach

A while ago, my family and I took a trip to Karang Papak Beach in Garut, West Java. It was a beautiful day, perfect for a short getaway.

Events:

The beach was full of large rocks and the wind was very strong. My family and I spent the afternoon playing soccer and splashing around in the waves. We also found a cozy spot among the rocks to sit and relax, enjoying the cool breeze and the beautiful view. The sound of the big waves hitting the rocks was so calming. We sat there, just enjoying the moment and the beautiful scenery until the sun began to set.

Reorientation:

It was a really fun and relaxing trip. I really loved the strong wind and the unique rocky landscape of the beach. It was a perfect day to spend time together with my family.

I thought this task was very enjoyable. It was a great way to practice writing and recalling a personal memory.

my mood today is mixed. I'm happy because I can study online and avoid the protest chaos. However, I also feel tired because the teachers have given me a lot of assignments.

A Weekend in Subang

Last weekend, I visited Subang with my cousins. We left early in the morning from Bandung and arrived in Subang after about two hours. The weather was nice and sunny.

Our first stop was the Ciater Hot Spring. We soaked our feet in the warm water, and it felt so relaxing. There were many people there, but we still enjoyed it a lot. After that, we had lunch at a local restaurant. We ate grilled fish and fresh vegetables. The food was delicious and the view of the rice fields was beautiful. Before going home, we bought some pineapples from a local fruit stall. Subang is famous for its sweet pineapples, and they didn’t disappoint!

It was a short trip, but very fun and refreshing. I hope I can go to Subang again someday with my family.

I saw the famous Jam Gadang clock tower and walked around Pasar Atas, a traditional market. I also visited Panorama Park and enjoyed the stunning views.

Overall, my trip was wonderful. I loved the natural beauty and local culture. I would definitely recommend Bukit Tinggi to anyone who loves nature and culture.

On Sunday, I had a match scheduled at 12 pm with my friends.

In the morning, I prepared to go compete. At 10 am, I went to a field with my friends. After arriving, I started warming up with full enthusiasm. Then, I entered the field, ready to compete. Unfortunately, the result of the match was that I lost, but I managed to score.

After the match, I felt sad because my team lost, but on the other hand, I was proud because I could help my friends go through the match.

My First Experience of Taking Care of a Cat

Orientation:

Last year, I decided to adopt a cute little cat from my neighbor. Her name is Momo. She had white fur with a little brown spot on her head. I was very excited because it was my first time taking care of a pet.

Events:

First, I prepared a small basket with a soft blanket for her to sleep in. I also bought cat food and a small bowl for water. Every morning, I fed Momo and played with her before going to school. At first, it was hard because she liked to scratch my sofa, but I learned to give her toys so she wouldn’t do that again.

One day, she got sick and I had to take her to the vet. I was worried, but after getting medicine, she became healthy again.

Re-orientation:

Now, Momo is happy and healthy. Taking care of her taught me to be more responsible. I really love her, and I feel lucky to have her as my pet.
