The international women's day is celebrated in 8th of march in every year to be able to pay tribute to all the women who lived in that time being controlled by men, because at that time they believed they were superior and could do what they want and women did not, men were kings and women were slaves. Women had to fight for the same rights we have today in the history woman couldn't vote, because men were the only ones who could do it. in that time people live in a diferent world that we live know. 151 years ago, women began to create a war of suffering and protest so that everything is fair because all people equally should have the same rights. after the first world war, women were in charge of the responsibilities and jobs as mechanics and drivers. In 1918 some women had the right to vote, in 1928 women over 21 years old had the right to vote, and then women were just as important as other people.

I think that the Women's thay is so important, because women should have the right to everything just like men because they are still a fundamental part of the life process

Women´s day it´s celebrated on March 8 this year, this celebraicion it´s important because women had to take place and march in order to have the right to work, vote, go out, etc. The 8th march in 1908, 129 women died in a fire at the Cotton factory in New York, United States, after they go on strike to keep their jobs. This originates from the demonstrations carried out by women at the beginning of the 20th century in Europe and the United States.

At the II International Women's Conference held in 1910, Clara Zetkin proposed and approved the celebration of "Working Women's Day", which began to be celebrated the following year. The first commemoration was held on March 19, 1911 in Germany, Austria, Denmark and Switzerland; since then it has spread to many other countries.

In my opinion, it is important to celebrate this day, because they celebrate 114 years since women can be free to do what they want, now, nowadays all women can work what they want, they can vote, etc. For this, and many more reasons, Women's Day is very important.

The international women's day is celebrated in 8th of March. Women over time have been indifference or inequality and it is because they believe that men cannot do things that women do because it is not their job or that women cannot do things that men do because they believe that the women are not capable of doing it, there is great inequality and it disadvantages women because it is implied that women are not capable, that is why they have to stop that indifference and give equality because there are women who are capable of doing men's work and there are men who can do the work of women, a clear example is the work of a mother at home, it is believed that the mother is obliged to do that but the father can also do it, and everything explained comes to a point men they can do jobs that women do and women can do jobs that men do, thus creating an equality that is better known as "gender equality"

The International Women's Day is celebrated on 8th March. This day celebrates the female achievements and the people who contributed to women's rights and gender equality. The importance of this day is through history women fight for the rights and freedom, we have today. It all started in the late 19th century the fight for women's suffrage began and this time only men could do this. In 1903 Emmeline Pankhurst formed The Women's Social and Political Union. Later, in 1918 the representation of the People Bill was passed, this gave women the right to vote, however, only some women had the right to vote. As early as 1928 all women over 21 could vote. One year later in 1929 first female British cabinet minister. Finally, in 1979 UK had the First Female prime minister.

Today everybody can get an education, access to healthcare, get a job and speak their minds. But we still have work to do before we reach the equality for all.

the video begins with a lady commenting that women's day is a day that has the purpose of recognizing the great women of our past and the women who are present with us today,
this is celebrated on March 8. Then he talks about the importance of this same, and auqe throughout history women have sought their equality since 150 years ago women could
not vote, did not have access to a hospital, nor to legal access, etc. Due to that they have had to convatir several difficulties that put them on the road. One of the women
who managed to conquer the difficulties of the road is Emmeline pankhurst since it is thanks to her that the first group of women called "Women's social an political union"
was formed and this group inpulsed some women to start fighting for their rights and this caused some to lose their lives fighting for their rights. Many men died in the war
so jobs were lacking, so women started working in activities they would never have imagined before like helping to drive a bus. In 1918 some women had the right to vote but
had to wait until 1920 for all women to have the right to vote and it is thanks to this that society became fair in that aspect. And from those years onwards women had amazing opportunities for
that time such as being a political representative or working in an office to say a few examples. And we come to today where fortunately we all have the right to education,
health and much more.

It also talks about respecting rights and gender equality. She also tells us how the change happened, it wasn't just that it happened from one day to the next, but that there was effort from both women and men. In the 19th century, women began to be more listened to for their protests. During the protests many women were beaten, imprisoned and there were even deaths. The change happened when the first world war started in 1914, the suffragettes changed part of the campaign so that women could help and thus help each other. Finally in 1928 all women over 21 years of age were allowed to vote, from then on they changed and became older where today we can enjoy the opportunities that all women can have.

To start the International Women's Day is celebrated in 8th March. Starting the video, they talk about gender equality, which did not happen 150 years ago, since women did not have the same privileges and rights as men. In 1903 a union was created for the political and social beginning of women; this union was initiated by a woman named Emmeline Pankhurst. During the beginning of this foundation, there were many protests, in which women were arrested, mistreated and some died during the fight for suffrage. In 1914 those who fought for suffrage stopped in order to help women who were fighting for the war, after this there was a change in which women already had responsibilities and jobs from which they were previously excluded. In 1918 the Representation of the people Bill accepted the vote for women, although it was only for some women of a certain age and circumstance. It wasnt until 1928 that every woman over the age of 21 could vote. From that moment things changed, since in 1929 there was a female prime minister, in 1945 there was the first woman to win a gold medal in athletics, in 1970 women had better salaries, in 1975 discriminatory acts against women were not allowed. women.

International Women's day is celebrated every 8th of March. This day is so important, because over the years, women had to fight for the freedom and the equality rights. In other words, is a day to recognize female achievement and a reminder of gender equality. Is amazing how we resolved many problems with the time. But, at the present day, there are lots of stereotypes about woman in our society, so we need to respect each other and don´t discriminate them. Finally, we are humans, we have feelings and rights, that means, we want to live a life without discrimination.

On March 8th of each year we celebrate International Women's Day in honor of all the women who fought for their rights.

According the video, A few years ago, women did't have the same rights as men and they tried to change that, but of course it was not easy because sometimes they were put in jail or sentenced to death. At the end of the XIX century women were fighting for their right to vote that at that time only men could do so, that means that men were the only ones who could make political decisions including that were against women. In 1903 Emily Pankhurst formed the Women's Social and Political Union, this led to years of protests and strikes with several women injured and even killed. During the war women took on responsibilities and jobs of what they could not do before. In 1918 it was approved that women vote but only some of a certain age and only in 1928 women over 21 could perform this action. After women were allowed this they began to add more rights until in 1979 Britain had its first female minister. Although at this time there is still a lack of full equality, women already have a variety of opportunities and live much better than before.

International Women's Day is a celebration to recognize the achievements of women, to motivate people to defend women's rights and promote gender equality. This day is very important because a long time ago women had to FIGHT for things that are common today, in those times women couldn’t do many things like: vote, work, have a proper medical care, they couldn’t have a property, wear certain clothes, etc. And that was just 150 years ago.

This process is/was very long, it required the efforts of brave men and women who worked together for what is right; It started in the 19th century, when women's votes gained more attention. At that time only men could vote and DECIDE all the rules, even those that ONLY AFFECTED WOMEN. In 1903, Emmeline Pankhurst formed the "Women's Social and Political Union", this led to years of protests, where many women lost their lives. When the war started in 1914, attitudes began to change, placing women in positions that had previously been rejected them, such as mechanical work. In 1918 only women with special circumstances began to vote, but it was in 1928 when all women could do so. This was the beginning of gender equality, it expands through political positions, education, good health care, labor rights, etc.

Nowadays we still have some work to do, there are some discriminations like less salary for women in same position like men, stereotypes like "boys don't cry" or "you throw like a girl", we are lucky that we have some equality.
