The scenery made me picture in my mind what you described. I think school sports are also a great way to keep kids active. Kids should stay in shape so they can become stronger and mentally stronger as well. Something to add to it is more reason what will happen without school sports. I think that your essay was awesome! I really enjoyed reading it and it really got the point of the essay to me. One thing that I noticed you did really well was your introduction. The descriptive scene made me feel like I could smell the pretzels and hotdogs and it was like I was watching the game too. Another thing I really liked about your persuasive essay was your conclusion. Specifically the last sentence, the zinger. You said, “Sports are a big part of many people's lives and injuries will happen and getting rid of sports is not the way to fix this.” The part that spoke to me the most was. “And getting rid of sports is not the way to fix this.” It left me thinking, “What can we do to stop these injuries while not banned sports in communities entirely. One thing that I think you could have done better is to get rid of some of the repetitiveness. In your warrant you used video games as an example in both. Another part where you were repetitive was the sum up sentence. You said the same thing for both in the 2 paragraphs.
