This commercial fits into the hyperspacial rule of unusual. For example, the lady in the commercial points to the junk around her house and it disappears. Obviously this doesn't really happen, but they say at the end all you need to do is point your finger. They are referring to you calling them and they will come right away, give you a price, and pick up any junk, old furniture, etc. This also relates to the "What we call news" vide because they use metaphors or phrases to catch your attention. Something unusual like pointing your finger and making something disappear would catch peoples attention.

The movie Titanic is about two people who fall in love after boarding the ship, but had a tragic ending. The 1912 RMS Titanic ship sank from being stuck by an iceberg, which led many to death. This movie fits the intergalactic rule of tragedy. It also includes a central conflict with Rose, Jack, Cal, Lovejoy, and the sinking ship. This fits under the hyperspacial rule of conflict. This movie compares to the video "What we call News", because they both show urgent news which tends to be very concerning.

This commercial fits into the hyperspacial rule of sex. A lot of companies use sex to sell their product. This is an ad for a secret resort that people can book for honeymoons. They use both the guy and the girl in ways to make the resort look like a perfect romantic place. This commercial also relates to "What we call the news". In that video clip, they replace a guy with a pretty blonde female reporter to make people watch the news more. This is like the resort commercial because they use attractive people to make the rest look more appealing.
