Thank you for your email dated 15 June 2016.

Congratulation to you,  your company is our  tentant. We are  happy to assist all tenants in pretain to any inquiry.

On one hand, you will commerce site works on 8th July. Your application for construction works have to submit it to our management services department at least 5 days in advance. Also, please submit some documents for our assessment and  approval, for instance, working programme, architectural drawing, the consent of Building Department. The details of necessary document were recorded in our application form of commerce works.

Further the most restrictions, the construction work should be carried out on weekdays between 9am and 6pm only.  Before site works, we suggest all tenant to do temporary works. To use heavy duty plastic sheeting must laid down to protect the floor. Temporary pannelling should be erected around the shop front to minimize the effect of noise and dust.

For worker, they must use the dedicated service lift on Core C and the back delivery passage for transporting construction materials and waste. On no account can workers use the mall aisies for this purpose.

During works period, fire extinguisher must be provided on site. And if you need to extent of time for works please contact us in advance again.
