Want to be at a senior level. And agnostic about ED level. Where she thrived, Vanessa had the vision and Q was able to operationalize that vision. Thrive under that when she has true respect and admiration from the leader. Doesn't matter what role she plays. Open to a role that would make sense. Love the idea of working with me and the organization.

  • Interact directly with some foundations, in your stead, whether these are Zooms, in-person meetings, etc. Related, she could also attend conferences for you and take the lead on a subset of new foundations.

  • Initiate and begin executing an individual donor strategy, which I know she did at Groundswell although I don't know how extensive it was
