         <description><![CDATA[<div>first you take a wooden block drill a 2 holes on the sides, take the  copper wire and bend it into a little circle at the top put them in each hole take a wire and wrap it around until it forms a circle have 2 pieces left shave off the whole side on one side and half the side on the other then put it in the circle of the copper wire take a battery holder tie it tightly to the copper wire then take a battery and put it in the battery holder take 2 magnets and glue it on the middle of the block give the wire a push and then it will start to rotate </div>]]></description>
