  • What’s the problem here ? He/ she doesn’t put in effort to accomplish his/ her task. Which affects the group as they are lacking 1 member. 

  • How can you solve/ improve the situation? We could persuade and encourage him/her to put in effort to accomplish his/her task efficiently. We can also try to communicate with the person and try to understand the person. It is important to note that you should stay calm while conversing with one another. If we find that they don't understand, we can help and make him/her understand the said topic. We can also do the work together with one another. We should also be strict if that is required.
