  • React fast! The faster you act, the safer you'll be.
  • Get out and stay out. Never go back in for any reason!
  • If you ever smell smoke remember this phrase,
     " Stay Low and Go!"

She had been cooking us lunch and told us to stay put while she answered the door. I got up and thought the stove looked "pretty" as it was glowing a bright red. I put my hand on it and ended up going to the hospital with 3rd degree burns all over my hand. I had not listened to her and ended up hurting myself. After that my parents went over how we have to listen to adults and all sorts of fire hazards.
