CARE & ADVICE

Please care for this fabric by avoiding rough surfaces and by handwashing in lukewarm water using a mild detergent such as pure soap flakes.

Our advice is given in good faith and should not be used as a guarantee.

Colour Fastness:

All fabrics are tested to industry standards via our suppliers. It is important to note that no fabric is 100% colour fast and that it is impossible to prevent colours fading if adequate precautions are not taken in the home with your cushions. Move your cushions around especially if they are in a room which receives a lot of sun light.

PILLING

Pilling can occur from time to time as a result of normal daily wear and should not be considered as a fault. There are many variables, which can trigger pilling, including climatic conditions, atmospheric purity and user environment.

CLEANING GUIDE & GENERAL INFORMATION:

Cushion Plumping: The pancake cushion is never a good look and so it is recommended to plump your cushions regularly so they maintain their shape and avoid the fibres from binding and flattening. Whatever your style may be, fluffing or karate chopping your cushions need weekly if not daily plumping, some may even call ‘jushing’.

To Fluff your cushions, press the sides of the cushion and push your hands together so they almost meet in the middle. For the Karate chop alternative, use the bottom of your hand and gently strike the cushion in the middle (top) to create the casual more worn in cushion look.

Once you have plumped your cushion, always remember to pull the corners if they have drooped a little otherwise open the zipper on the bottom of the cushion and push your hand towards the corners ultimately pushing the insert into the cushion corner.

RETURNS

Refunds will not be issued if you change your mind about a stocked item on our website or if it is a custom order. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions (Product Display).

You have the option to exchange your purchased product for another of the same value or more (delivery costs excluded). We will process your exchange as quickly as possible and will have your newly chosen product/s sent to you within 7-10 working days (this is subject to your location). The product will need to be in a new condition with its original packaging, labels and tags still attached and a suitable proof of purchase supplied. Alternatively a credit note can be supplied.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

We currently offer Standard Delivery via Australia Post. Once you have placed your order it will take 3 - 5 business working days to have your cushions made. We will then dispatch your cushions.

We estimate that Australian Post will then deliver your parcel in approximately 2- 4 working days depending on your location. Overall once you place your order, please wait between 6-8 business working days to receive your cushions. 

Wild 'n Woolley will notify you via email if you will not receive your order within 6-8 business working days or if there are any complications with your order (i.e no stock or back order of raw materials from supplier).

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Wild'n Woolley charge a $8 flat fee for the ‘filled’ option for each cushion or $5 flat fee for ‘cover only’ for each product shipped via Australia Post Standard Delivery. This way there are no nasty surprises at the end and you know exactly what you will be paying. We believe Wild n' Woolley customers should not have to pay more depending on where they live, so from Melbourne to Darwin and everywhere in between, our Australian customers pay the same rate.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Please emailJennifer@wildnwoolley.com.au if you require the tracking number to your order. Instructions will be provided in the return email, alternatively please copy and paste the tracking IDhere. This tracking service provides basic tracking of when your parcel has been lodged and delivered.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY IS DELAYED OR LOST?

We aim for our customers to receive their orders as quickly as possible, however there are occasions where unforeseen circumstances impact on delivery times and services. We cannot be held responsible for lost goods relying on subsequent external services such as Australia Post. On occasion if your order has been sent in two parcels they may appear at different times or even different days, please wait a few days as your second parcel will usually appear. At Wild’n Woolley we make every effort to display the products featured on our site as accurately as possible with our photography. However, the colours we use, as well as the display and colour capabilities of the equipment you use to view our site, may greatly affect the colours you actually see on the screen. We cannot be held responsible for any limitations of the equipment you use to view our site and cannot guarantee that your equipment’s display of any colour or texture will be the same as the actual product. By purchasing cushions on our website, you agree to these terms. We will not refund Cushions for this reason but will be happy to exchange your purchase to find the correct cushions to match your interior.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal, , direct deposit into our bank account and direct bank deposit are accepted for purchases made via the website. If you

Cushions will not be dispatched until full payment has been made and funds have cleared.

Wild’n Woolley provides a 12 month warranty on your cushion purchase. This warranty is subject to the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law). The warranty period begins from the date that goods are received for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise specified. Proof of purchase is required.

This warranty will cover the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. It is not transferable and will not apply in situations of misuse or incorrect use of the product. We will not accept cushion returns if you are rough with the cushions, sit on them and throw them around. This may result in the seams from opening and this will not be accepted for a repair.
