We think that consultation in connection with Urbnan House Copenhagen also includes social media as a Facebook chat and also email and call centre service. 
E.g. you have written Contact by Email under information. Already in the word Contact, you indicate a conversation, which should lead you to the consultation part.
The newsletter for example is an information media, which could have been included under information.
We are a bit confused about, what you mean with Rates. Does that mean rate payment of rooms, rate payment of membership etc?
The Refundable Options are a bit difficult to place. It is both an information, exception and a way of showing hospitality,  and though it is a payment matter, it is not a way of paying. 
What is self-billing? 
Is the bill not only sent online? Then that would mean that online billing and email billing would be the same.
Under Exceptions you have written Tour of the House. Wouldnt that be a part of the hospitality?

If we were to give you an advice on where to further improve your use of the service flower, we would say that you should look in to the difference between what Consultation and Information is.
Payment, Billing and Order/Taking can be a bit confusing, but if you make simple guidlines for what they each will and will not contain, it will might help you the next time, you are to analyze these parts.

As a very basic thing, we miss that you are discribing which parts are the Facillitating and the Enhancing parts on your flower. E.g. you can make a color-code, a line which devides them or something like that.
