<title>How far does upper Administration think it&#39;s useful for the Library to go in terms of our position (i.e. Faculty autonomy, are we shifting? to a position of being an agent organizationally facilitating OA)</title>

<title>I have had a few conversations with a seasoned professor regarding hosting her journal at the UofA. She is adamant that her journal must continue charging a subscription cost for her association to survive. She sees the value of OA, but she cannot reconcile OA with revenues for non-profit scholarly associations. She is sad that she must look to other institutions for hosting the journal.</title>
