EI should be used frequently when teaching math. It can be used in whole class, small group, and 1:1 setting. Involve students, use clear and consistent language in teacher modeling, use purposeful verbal prompts during guided practice, and use positive and specific language when providing corrective feedback. </div>]]></description>
