         <title>By the end of the season (March 4th) my goal is to increase my vertical leap by 2 inches (5cm). I will use the HomeCourt app to track my progress. To accomplish this goal, I will use a combination of body weight and weighted exercises that will improve my explosiveness. </title>

         <title>By the end of the season I want improve my fast reaction and accuracy in ball handling and challenging myself in my type of dribbling (crossover etc). I will do this by using the ball handling drills like &quot;crossover&quot; in home court. I will use the homecourt app and record videos to track my progress and find out what I have to work more on. To improve decision making, so far, I would have to be more confident in dribbling, and I will use the same methods to improve dribbling, as stated above.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Throughout this season I tried to put as many low body and explosive excercises into my workouts. When I did the workouts it was fine but getting to the point after school and homework to start a workout was probably even harder. I managed to improve my vertical so far by 4 cm science the first try but I never managed to get over the 42 cm mark.</div>]]></description>

Although I am not getting a chance to go to the court 4 times every week, I took a walk everyday for more than 30minutes and went to the court for at least 2 times a week.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I have been practicing improving my reaction time and dribble skills and I would say I would have improved my reaction time because of getting a better score on Homecourt every trials however since I wasn't really able to practice dribbling because I live in an apartment, I am not sure if I have improved this skill. </div>]]></description>
