Poppy Stand 2023

Last year, i took part in my villages local poppy stand where i got to see so many local faces and collect donations for the British Legion. I did this with my mum and we did the stand for 5 and half hours :)

Brass Band concerts

In my spare time, i play brass (Tenorhorn) with my 15 year old brother and 10 year old sister and the famous Grimethorpe colliery bands youth band and last year, i took part in Band fest 2023, Christmas concert and our annual village gala. Its a wonderful opportunity as i get to speak to famous brass players from and travel to play our music and currently we are rehearsing songs from the famous film Brassed Off filmed in Grimethorpe.
