Topic: The process of making chocolate

Chocolate is a key ingredient in many foods such as milk shakes, candy bars, cookies and cereals. Chocolate is a product that requires complex procedures to produce. Here are some steps to process of making chocolate.
Firstly, the cacao tree is grown in fertile soil and has humid weather with periodic rains. Then, when the colour of cacao pods changes from green to orange then it is suitable for harvesting and processing. The cacao pods are harvested manually in the forest. After that, the cacao pods are processed in the factory to be made into the key components of chocolate which is cacao solids, cacao butter, and cacao powder. Following that, the ingredients that already processed are packaged and stored in sacks. Another, raw ingredients were dispatched to chocolate kitchen through land, sea, or air transport. Then, the ingredients are carefully weighed and proportioned. After that , the ingredients are placed in pot and heated. It is slowly melted, never above 42 degree because to maintain high nutries level.
Furthermore , dry the ingredients/natural flavour was added and everything was mixed by hand. Then, the mixture was poured into moulds by ladle with slowly. Following that, the chocolate is set in refrigerator. Finally, after the chocolate is frozen, the chocolate was packaged and subsequently ready to sell and enjoyed.

Chocolate is a key ingredient in many foods such as milk shakes, candy bars, cookies and cereals.
Chocolate production starts with harvesting coca in a forest. Fistly Cocoa beans grow in pods that sprout off of the trunk and branches of cocoa trees. The pods are about the size of a football. The pods start out green and turn orange when they're ripe. When the pods are ripe, harvesters travel through the cocoa orchards with machetes and hack the pods gently off of the trees.After the cocoa pods are collected into baskets ,the pods are taken to a processing house. Here they are split open and the cocoa beans are removed. Pods can contain upwards of 50 cocoa beans each. Fresh cocoa beans are not brown at all, they do not taste at all like the sweet chocolate they will eventually produce.Next the beans undergo the fermentation processing. They are either placed in large, shallow, heated trays or covered with large banana leaves. If the climate is right, they may be simply heated by the sun. Workers come along periodically and stir them up so that all of the beans come out equally fermented. During fermentation is when the beans turn brown. This process may take five or eight days.After fermentation, the cocoa seeds must be dried before they can be scooped into sacks and shipped to chocolate manufacturers.Once the cocoa beans have reached the machinery of chocolate factories, they are ready to be refined into chocolate. Fermented and dried cocoa beans will be refined into toast by roasting and grilling. Then, they will be heated and will melt into chocolate liquor. Finally, the manufacturer blends chocolate liqueur with sugar and milk to add flavor. After the blending process, the melted chocolate will be stored or sent to the mold factory in a tank and will be poured into a mold for sale. Lastly, the packaging and packaging machines will pack the chocolates and then they will be ready to be transported.

Ms Alya: I think it’s overheating.It gets so hot whenever I use it.

Ms Hanis: That depends. Is the area where you use the laptop exposed to direct sunlight or heat?
Ms Alya: Not at all. I use it in the bedroom at night.
Ms Hanis : Do you sit on the bed when using the laptop?
Ms Alya: Yes, It’s usually on top of the covers on my lap. Why?
Ms Hanis : That’s probably why it’s overheating. The covers prevent the ventilation system from working properly. The cloth blocks the bottom and side vents.

They have also provided excellent service to their customers. But, we quite disliked the bellboy because he asked for a tip from the customer, for us it was a bit rude.
