From how big Earth is, the black hole would grow significantly, causing it to be able to suck up the moon, biggering even more so that it could suck in Mars, leading it to suck in Venus, Mercury, Saturn, and Jupiter, which would grow it so much it would engulfe the Sun. Then it would grow huge, eventually whiping out all of the Milky Way, destroying other galaxies, then other universes, then until there is nothing left and it destroys all extra-terrestial life and humans. all living would be destroyed. so basically, if cell-phones were gone, we would destroy all in existence.

One of the benefits would be one less thing for youths to be addicted to. Many kids these days barely do anything off their phones, and as such, removing the addiction before it even starts would be very beneficial. However, communication would suffer quite a bit. Simply contacting parents or friends would require you to use a landline phone or a payphone. In addition, emergency situations would be escalated by it. For example, if there is a car crash in an area where there aren't many landline phones, it would take much longer to get help, but with cellphones, help can be obtained quickly and easily.
