Jane and I propose changes on both visual and functional, which might enhance usability. Therefore, we need your support to increase budget for performance enhancement.

Recently, there is a change in the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) legislation for 3rd Party transactions above 20,000 USD. With this change, we need to amend certain operational processes and develop a future plan associated with the new policy.

You will find 3 attachments for your reference:
1. Official Guidance from the regulatory body
2. Timeline of AML legislation and our internal operational changes
3. A draft policy note addressing the recent change and new proposal.

I would appreciate it if you can respond to me before 16 April 2021, so we can make necessary amendment before the new policy takes place on 20 April 2021.
