I have read many books and this is the first book to make me feel all sorts of emotions and also the first to make me cry. Thank you for sharing your life story, books, and your infectious laugh. I feel we have a lot in common. Ghost Boys gave me an insight to the concerns which black parents and families are facing. How incredibly unfair for a child of color not to have the freedom to be an innocent child in our society. Thank you for adding Carlos' culture and family too.
