These books can include lessons for all grades including lessons on sharing for elementary students, lessons on important men and women throughout history for middle schoolers, and even college prep books for high schoolers. It also allows them to share books throughout the teaching community and recommend good books for other teachers teaching the same curriculum. Books can be shared both through this website and through links provided by the website after clicking “share book”. This website allows the teacher to create a book completely from scratch including the creation of characters, storylines, props, and backgrounds. While creating their books teachers are also allowed to incorporate pictures from the web or from their personal albums. Throughout the process of  designing an individualized book, will continually save any props, characters, backgrounds priorly used. One of the greatest advantages of this website is that there is no necessary subscription, the ability to create books comes at no cost.

 This tool can be valuable for students who are visual learners, as they can better see the lesson being taught. For example, students who are being taught about famous scientists will be able to  match faces and names easier compared to when they are just told a name and expected to remember.

It is also helpful for audio learners because they are given the ability to hear from a story that is easier to comprehend compared to hearing from a textbook. In social studies there are a multitude of wars and people that students are expected to memorize, by using this tool teachers will have the ability to create a more personalized learning opportunity.

By using a network such as StoryJumper  teachers can also help students who are Hands-On learners by allowing them to move throughout the Book Center actively as they need. This can be done in a majority of classes, especially math classes, where the teachers can create books with props to teach lessons about shapes, angles, subtraction and addition, and so much more.
