The platform she is using

1. Consumer's Behaviour: Observe the people you are targeting and how they usually spend their daily life. Lets say, an influencer who does make up tutorials. They will need supplies in order to keep up with their videos and viewer's demands. She needs to know who she is aiming for and what she is selling to the group of people that are targeted

2. Global trend: There is a need to know what the world are interested in. An example would be 2017, where fidget spinners were a trend. People were desperately trying to get that toy in order to keep up with the trend. Securing an understanding of the global trend can set a stepping stone to secure a customer base.

3. The platform she uses: The platform where she sells her products is also important. She needs to consider where she wants to sell her stuff and how it can reach out to more people. There are some shipping services which disallow people to get the product they want bc the platform is restricted within a certain area. Places like Amazon is good for selling as it reaches out to people better. 

Social media is also of good use as many people swim through there everyday.
