In the last few weeks, my kinder level students in English class have been very receptive. I feel that I have built a good connection and a strong team with them. However, I have been feeling a little sad and tired because, specifically, the mother of some new students has made comments about the learning process. From her perspective, she does not see enough order and does not feel that the students are learning. Nothing is said directly to me; instead, the comments are made to the homeroom teacher, and sometimes my process is compared to that of previous teachers.

Personally, even if this has been a huge challenge, seeing the improvements of some students who I felt were behind it is great. This helps me to feel more encouraged to finish the school year, giving me more flexibility in class without losing the main objective. Seeing their growth, it is so amazing, besides all this, I couldn´t leave behind feel exhausted and stressed too.
