Mince pies is a pie with mincemeat, dried fruit and they put alcohol on the top.
Christmas pudding or like other people call it pud.
Christmas cake is a dark cake full of dried fruit, almonds, glazed cherries, and sweetened with black treacle.

And some places the kids burn the letters, and the ashes is flying up through the chimney, then Santa can read it. 
When Santa comes to your house is there treats Santa can eat after the long and cold travel. In Britain its mince pies, and a class of whiskey. 
In britain they also hang their Christmas socks in the end of their beds so when they wake up to Christmas day they can see all their presents.
They walk around to others people's houses and sing for them.
