         <description><![CDATA[<p>I think that walking past a big friend group could be stressful, On a scale of 1-10 i would rate it a 5. I find this stressful because they are all friends and its kind of just you and they can always be judging you.</p>]]></description>

I'm not really scared that its going to happen cause i know she wouldn't do that but if it did happened i would definitely be stressed about it.          <title>Loosing loved ones.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Something that is very stressful to think about is loosing loved ones. Its probably one of my biggest fears. I probably would not take to well if it happened, but on a scale from 1-10 thinking about it and actually living it would be a 10.</p>]]></description>

         <title>Self Soothing.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Self soothing is basically comforting urself using your 5 senses. A way to comfort yourself using your eyes/sight, is watching a  movie. Movies can be very comforting especially if its a happy movie. A way of comforting yourself using you nose, is your smell, and by this you can smell a scent that bring you comfort or brings up good memories to calm yourself, or just a favorite scent. For example mines vanilla.  A way of comforting yourself using taste, is maybe eating something you enjoy or something that brings you comfort. For example i love Starbucks, so if I'm feeling upset i might go get Starbucks to make my day better. An example of using your hearing to comfort yourself is listening to music. Music is a very big part of my life, and i cant go a day with out it. It brings me comfort and most definitely calms me down when I'm feeling stressed out. For last a way to comfort yourself if your feeling stressed by using your touch sense, you can fidget with something, or if even you have a pet you can always pet the, and maybe even cuddle with them if that's your jam.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Distracting yourself when your stressed, is taking your mind off the problem for a while. Something I love to do that's does the job of distracting me is sleeping. Whenever I feel the slightest bit stressed I sleep. I love sleeping because you kind of cant feel anything while your sleeping. All your problems go away.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Opposite action is when your doing something opposite of your impulse that's consistent with more positive emotion. An example of opposite action is if you feel like your about to cry so you watcha  funny movie. Another example is if you know you bite your nails a lot so you get your nails done to prevent biting your nails.</p>]]></description>

         <title>Emotional awareness.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Emotional Awareness is identifying your emotions. You could do this by talk to to a friend, therapist or even a trusted adult as in your parents or a teacher. Something ell that can help you identify your emotions is journaling. Getting everything you feel down instead of bottling it up, because bottling it all up could be very unhealthy.</p>]]></description>

         <title>Mindfulness.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Mindfulness is centering and grounding in the present moment. A way you can do this is trying breathing activities. They always seem to work when it come to mindfulness. For example square breathing. It can be very relaxing and can actually help calm you down. Another way is to concentrate your thinking on the present, not the future, and certainly not the past.</p>]]></description>

An example is having hotlines, for example 988 the suicide prevention line. This can also be talking or calling up a therapist when things get really bad.</p>]]></description>

If things get bad and you feel as if your going to commit or even harm yourself you should talk to a trusted adult because they can always help you. You can even just talk to them about your problems, and seek advice from them. A trusted adult could be a parent, teacher, or maybe even a counselor.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Going to therapy could be such a big help. Having a therapist in general is such a gift especially if your going through something. A therapist will always be some you cam always talk to about anything and everything. If you have a therapist this can be such a good resource. If you ever need to call your therapist because you think  that you might do something to harm yourself you can and you always should.</p>]]></description>
