My drawing of Curley's Wife

My drawing is an accurate representation to the novel because Curley's Wife is described as "jailbait" or "tart". I drew her very young, wearing lots of makeup with big fluffy hair. Also wearing a bright colored v-neck dress as she dresses like a "whore".

Frustration: Curley's Wife overall experiences the most frustration out of all the characters I would say. She has almost little to no respect from the men on the ranch and is looked at as a bother. She especially expresses this when talking to Crooks and Lennie when the rest of the men went to a whore house in Chapter 4.
Loneliness: Curley's Wife feels this incredible amount of frustration because she is so lonely and doesn't truly love Curley. She claims he's violent and mean and only married him because she wanted to get away from her mother as stated in chapter 5.

In chapter 5, we discover a lot about Curley's Wife and who she really is. She believes she could of made something of herself, like an actress or a performer. She tells Lennie that she met a man who said he worked in Hollywood and would send her letters for more information, claiming he wanted to make her a star. Unfortunately little did she know he was lying to her just to have sex with her.

I genuinely cannot find any "good" decisions Curley's wife has made. She just flirts with a lot of the guys and disappears from place to place.

Bad Decision

Curley's wife is full of bad decisions. The decision that is the worst, though, was when she offered Lennie to touch her soft hair after Lennie told her that he really enjoyed touching soft things. Lennie got too excited, and didn't want to let go of her hair when she asked. This caused Curley's wife to panic and scream, and Lennie quickly tried to make her quite by suffocating her, then breaking her neck, killing her. in chapter 5.
