         <description><![CDATA[<div>a)- Voice Acting has no required education, but the courses in voice acting may be beneficial. the college that leads me to is Acting College Degree Programs. This career would guide me to a bachelor's degree.<br><br>b)-Internships- Entering a company in your career field is a great way to gain hands on experience.<br><br>Volunteering- Some companies look favorably on volunteer activities, so reach out to organizations that interest you.<br><br>Networking- Each interaction you have with people in your career field or contact that can get you an interview for a job you really want.<br><br>Freelancing- You may have to do first freelance job for free or low pay, just to gain the experience and positive reference</div>]]></description>
