Nowadays, we live in a modern community where women are as equal as men, and compete with him in almost every working category. However, senior jobs in our countries are usually given to men. In my opinion, I think women have all the right to be in a senior level jobs, but assigning certain amount of jobs to them will be injustice to men too.

According to our religion, men and women are equal to each other and none of them is superior to the other. So based on that fact, no one can deny women rights to get any job, with only one condition, that is to be honorable for her, and within her limits and abilities. For instance, women will not work in a position which require extremely physical power and strength.

Furthermore, men in Arab and Muslim countries, are required by religion and culture to spend most of their money to pay for the family expenses, whereas women are not required to pay anything to support the family in most of the cases. On the other hand, most women in the first world countries are sharing with their husbands most of their life expenses. Hence, it is unjust for men in our society if women where given the job only because she is a female.  

In conclusion, any company in the world should hire people based on their skills, and ability to do the work. So, sex, religion, or nationalities, shall not be a part of recruitment standards, in order to be living in a more just world.

I believe men and women should take the same job options.

Most of men have a point of view which is that they should get the high positions due to their high responsibility in work and they think they can handle more work pressure than women. besides they think that women's role should be at home raising their children,prepare the food and taking care of their homes.and above of all that men think that they are responsible for supporting their homes economically.

On the other hand, women do not agree with the above points of view.
women believe that they are the other half of the society. So they study hard and reach the top to be a helpful member of the society, not to get the certificate and then stay at home. Furthermore, due to their patient they think that women do the work more sincerely than men do. And last but not least, according to the final survey which made in UK about people preferences for high level jobs.The result was shocking for men, over 65% of people see that women are more qualified than men in these kinds of jobs.

In conclusion, men think that these jobs are not suitable for women because of their responsibility at home.
However women are totally disagree with these statements and believe that they are an important as men in this world. I believe companies should not pick their employees according to their gender, whoever got the required skills must be employed.

Todays, high-level positions are taken by men. Although in some modern countries, the female takes part by more than half of work forces. I believe the workforce has to hire females for these positions. 
First, companies should allocate certain positions that require female to be in that position, because she will be responsible about things that are related to woman's privacy. To illustrate, males and females has to be given their rights equally in our community, but females are feeling comfortable while dealing with female, so that why I think some positions should be occupied by woman.  
Secondly, the nature of some jobs needs female to be hired such as health care, the nursing system is suitable for female more than male, especially for female patients for this reason it is not acceptable in our culture for females  to deal with males so women would be more comfortable to be treated by females doctors rather than male doctors especially in pregnancy the woman would be more comfortable if she is giving birth in present of female doctor. even though in our religion

Men have always been considered stronger then woman , since the beginning of time, women have always been considered to be weaker than men. 

Before, usually woman had no views and opinion in many thing .But now things had changed  Women are no longer expected to be traditional and stay at home to clean the house or to take care of the children. They are now free to do what ever they want like going to work and doing many other things.


Firstly there are some job places that the woman cannot get because she is considered to be a woman or a female and that bothers many people and they say its not fair that woman couldn't be treated like men equally.


Secondly , firms must allocate a certain percentage of job positions to woman because there are many woman that want to work to make money because not all females  have enough money  to spend on there self . Also because woman has the right to work like men to express money.

In conclusion, I think that firms should be equally between woman and men and hire the employees based on their qualification and specification and not on their sex or race.

Even though the number of women is higher than the number of men. I think women should have all the rights to apply for all the jobs that meets their abilities. 

Most of the people nowadays believe that women shouldn't fulfill many jobs that men are able to do. However, women should be given all the rights to fulfill jobs that meets their qualifications and abilities.
In some regions women are only allowed to work at their houses and raise children, because of the rules that companies apply on their employees. These rules are mostly forbidding women from working.

On the other hand, there are people that disagree with filling men in high-level positions due to their lack of work and laziness. In allot of advanced cities there are 60% of female more educated and more trained for these high-level placements to get the cities more advanced. 

To sum up, high-level positions are not supposed to be for men only. At the last time women get more opportunities on the jobs.Most of the overseas companies are increasing the percentage of women in their staff.From my own point of view, I think that the percentage of women in the work field should not be rise for several reasons such as, cultural reasons and physical and psychological causes.

The first reason why the percentage of women in work field should not rise for cultural reasons. Whats known that Muslims country never give the woman the job that she want if it is mixed.The first reason is if the women work on a mixed place of work. like Saudi Arabia or any country that belong to gulf corroboration counsel or the Arab league they never allow to women to work in a place have a lot of men.

The second reason why the percentage of women in work field should not rise for physical and psychological problems which may face women while their work.Women cannot continue working under the pressure unlike men. For that we do not find in many countries all over the world women work on engineering or building side because it contains  a physical and psychological pressure.

All in all, rising the percentage of women in work field is not a clever idea for many reasons such as, cultural reasons and physical and psychological causes.
Women should focus on their home jobs like take care of children.Most women do not have the ability to work under pressure. In my opinion, women should not have a high percentage in companies stuff.
