aerobic cellular respiration is used for animals and people to survive and to breathe. Anaerobic cellular respiration is used when we do not have enough oxygen so we do something called fermentation which gives us sore muscles. Yes ! that is why are muscles hurt:( !

did you know yeast is a living thing? its true! is uses cellular respiration but it usually cant to cellular respiration so it is always using fermentation to survive. when you put yeast in bread that why bread has small bubbles in the dough because yeast is doing fermentation. Yeast is also territorial!

when we run and get tired and run out of oxygen we do fermentation but there are differences between alcoholic and lactic acid fermentation. alcoholic fermentation comes out of bread and usually vaporizes and bubbles. Alcoholic fermentation usually happens in bread and wine but lactic acid usually happens when we are tired and in yogurt and cheese
