그래서 반장은 좋은 수를 냈답니다.

“얘들아 도덕 선생님 오신다!!”
 아이들은 잽싸게 자기 자리로 돌아갔어요.

하지만 도덕 선생님은 오지 않으셨죠

그래도 아이들은 조용했답니다.

반장은 계속해서 이 방법을 사용했고, 아이들은 이 상황에 적응했답니다.

“얘들아 도덕 선생님 오신다!”

반장은 도덕 선생님이 오시는걸 보고 말했습니다.

“우리 이제 안 속아!＂아이들은 말했습니다

하지만 반장은 도덕 선생님이 오고 있다고 계속해서 말했습니다

그래도 아이들은 믿지 않았죠

그때 도덕 선생님이 들어오셨습니다

계속 떠들던 아이들은 결국 성찰을 썼습니다

그 후 반장은 교무실로 불려갔고 그 방법을 다시는 쓰지 않았습니다.

아이고 힘들다.

그때, 여왕개미가 와서 말했어요

여왕개미: 귀한 손님이 오실 예정이니 대접 잘 해놓으렴

잠시후, 여왕개미는 외출하고 초인종이 울렸습니다.

개미가 밖을 보자, 집 밖에는 베짱이들이 있었습니다.

개미: 저번에 맨날 놀던 베짱이 아니야?

개미: 우린 너에게 줄 식량이 없으니까, 저리가!!

What are you saying?

뭐라는 거야?

That's how the ant kicked out the katydid.

그렇게 해서 개미는 베짱이를 내쫓았어요

After a while...

잠시후...

You don't have any guests?

여왕개미: 여기 손님이 오시지 않았니?

I don't know about the guest. but I kicked out the katydid who was begging.

개미: 손님은 모르겠고요, 밖에서 구걸하던 개미들은 내쫓았어요!!

What? The katydid is a customer!!

뭐?! 그 베짱이가 손님이란 말이야!!

And the queen ant turned on the TV.

그리고 여왕개미는 TV를 켰어요

On the TV, the katydid were having the concert.

TV안에서는 배짱이들이 콘서트를 열고 있었어요

The ants were very surprised.

개미들은 매우 놀랐어요

Eventually, the ant apologized to the katydid.

결국, 개미는 베짱이에게 사과했어요.

거북이: 토끼야, 나와 같이 누가 더 빠른지 경기해볼래?

   

토끼: 그래! 나는 괜찮아

   

거북이: 그래 다음주에 경기니까 그때 보자

   

토끼: 응

   

해설: 다음주... 드디어 경기 당일이다. 의외로 거북이를 사람들이 응원하고 있었다. 왜냐하면 토끼는 열심히 하지 않는 성격을 가지고 있었기 때문이다.

   

해설: 경기가 시작되고 토끼가 거북이를 앞서가게 된다. 

   

토끼: 하! 내가 거북이보다 엄청 앞서있네? 잠시 낮잠 자야겠다

   

거북이: 나는 쉬지 않고 열심히 달려봐야겠어

   

해설: 토끼가 낮잠을 자고 다시 달릴려고 했다. 그때 거북이는 토끼가 있는데에 올려면 아직 멀었다.

   

토끼: 아직 거북이는 저기에 있네? 그래도 열심히 달려서 이겨야지! 여기서 더 쉬지 않고 꾸준히 열심히 달려 결승선에 먼저 갈꺼야!

   

거북이: 토끼가 빨라서 일부러 놀릴려고 하지 않네. 열심히 계속 노력해서 먼저 결승선에 도착할려고 하네

   

해설: 이렇게 토끼가 거북이를 이기고 결승선에 먼저 도착하게 된다.

   

거북이는 꾸준한 노력으로 토끼를 이길 것이라고 생각하고 있었지만 토끼가 꾸준히 노력해 결승선에 먼저 도착했다.
