My proudest moment was seeing the end product of my practical and seeing how well it turned out --looking aesthetic and delicious after weeks of cooking sessions. I was also very glad to be able to complete my pinwheel pizza in time as during the times that I practiced making the pizzas I always exceeded the time limit and I had trouble with the dough.

With respect to my goals, what was my greatest challenge?

My greatest challenge was trying to think of a way to present my pinwheel pizzas so that they will stand out. I also had quite a dilemma in deciding what dish I wanted to cook as I had many other dish options that I was able to make modifications to make them healthier. During the past cooking lessons, I was always flustered when cooking because I could not remember the steps and was very scared that I would make a mistake, thus I was not efficient in cooking

- This white thing lies on the ground, it looks a bit like a duck, a towel and part of it also looks like a person's closed eye, with the hair being the eyelashes.

The three wolves in the artwork are very interesting because their facial features were drawn with pencil then outlined with black permanent marker which created a special effect that made the expressions of the wolves more prominent. The wolves have fierce expressions and are also red in colour. Was it to show that the wolves were angry and aggressive? Light-bulb-looking shapes in fainter red are painted on top of each wolf’s head. I find it puzzling because I wonder what the artist was trying to show. They are also drawn in different positions with the middle one closest to the girl huddled in the centre, it’s as if they are coming from different distances and directions. Another thing that makes the wolves intriguing is that they are outlined with white paint and while the background is black, which makes the wolves blaze slightly.
 
There is a small girl drawn in the middle of the canvas. I find the girl very interesting because she is left in white, unpainted which sparked my curiosity. Even though, the girl is a lot smaller than the wolves, she still seemed to stand our as her whiteness made her glow against the black background. Two large hands are hands are also drawn at the bottom right and left corner and they seemed to be reaching into the veil of darkness, for the girl or to stop the wolves. The artist made good use of scale in the artwork by drawing the objects in different sizes which helped to give contrast and draw attention to each of them. One thing that she could improve on is to blend the black of the background better with the peach coloured hands so that it will not look like as if the hands are sliced by the darkness.
 
From my interpretation of the artwork, I think that the artist is trying to show a girl being haunted by her inner demons. The three wolves may be representing the inner demons of the girl, her weaknesses, insecurities and bad side of herself, tormenting her and the girl lost and scared in the darkness. The two hands are hands of someone perhaps a family member or her friend, reaching out to protect her from the wolves and giving her reassurance.

    The song increases in volume and tone and gets faster.

    Feedback:
    - the jerky movements matched with the staccato of the music and gave it the mysterious feel

    - there was the with part near the climax with a lot of movement and then just "eyeballing" which creates the tense atmosphere, but the audience may not be able to connect with the sudden cease of action

The cupcakes made by Mrs Lee are healthier because she used less less butter which are fats.     I made pinwheel pizza for my practical assessment. I tried to make the pizza healthy by adding a variety of greens and fruits such as green pepper, tomato, button mushrooms and pineapple. Together with beef as protein, the the pizza bread as carbohydrate, this forms a balanced meal. I used a homemade recipe to marinate the minced beef and added only the appropriate amount of sauce and oil so that the fillings would not turn out to salty or over flavoured which will be unhealthy.

    Presentation
    I thought that the pinwheel pizzas looked quite like the kind of rolled bread with filings, so I decided to use a bread basket to put my pizzas. As the colour of the pinwheel pizzas was quite similar to that of the basket, I used a doily to set the colour contrast, the doily also added a delicate touch to the entire presentation. a sprig of coriander was added to brighten the whole setting up and make the pizzas look extra fresh. To add in my own signature touch by sticking in toothpick flags. I think what I could have improved on is adding a lesser flour when rolling out the dough as there was I only realised that there was excess flour stuck on the side of the pastry after it was baked and it was too late to try to remove the flour, this also affected the taste of the pizza a little. I could also have added cheese not only on top of the pizza but also in the fillings so that the pizza will have a more "melty" and "oozing" texture when eating.

    Time management
